What I like best about Deadline Funnel is that the urgency is real and personalized. It’s not fake countdown timers that reset when someone clears cookies. Each subscriber has their own genuine deadline, and that builds real trust.
I use it for an evergreen webinar integrated with ConvertKit and Teachable, and it works seamlessly. The integrations are smooth, and once everything is connected, it runs reliably in the background.
Setup was easier than I expected. In two days I had everything live and working properly. The interface is very visual and intuitive, and the knowledge base is clear and well explained.
I also want to highlight their customer support. I’ve used the chat several times and they responded immediately. Every time, they solved my questions right away. They’re friendly, professional, and clearly know the product extremely well.

Some of the newer features like Social Proof and Sales Tracking could use more detailed documentation in the knowledge base. I was able to set them up, but I think a dedicated step-by-step article would make it easier.
Sales tracking works well enough to give an overall view of funnel performance, but when using multiple campaigns, the pricing tag sometimes attributes sales to a specific campaign even if they originated from cold traffic that did not went through DF.
