**What do you like best about Chatra?**

This tool makes it easy to bring messages and emails together in one place. It's user-friendly for chatting, and the ability to attach files is very helpful. I also appreciate that you can save some customer information, which helps turn a chat into a potential lead. I use it every day for customer support.

**What do you dislike about Chatra?**

There were a few bugs at first, such as notifications not making any sound, but these issues were resolved later. I would appreciate it if a dark theme could be added.

**What problems is Chatra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool addresses the challenge of communicating with customers by capturing their information even when we're offline, provided they are willing to fill out a form. It also simplifies communication by allowing easy integration of files, such as attachments and pictures, making interactions more efficient.

**What do you like best about Chatra?**

Chatra interfaces with your website and allows users to send messages to any staff who are marked as working for that period of time. If it is after business hours, an email is sent to you instead so you can communicate with leads. You can see what customers are typing and can prepare responses. You can see who is on your site and it saves history of chats with customers.

**What do you dislike about Chatra?**

It does give customers full access to you at all times, so do be prepared for that.

**What problems is Chatra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead generation and chat integration allow us to convert browsing interested customers into leads with ease. It's great and easy to use.

when the chatbot is not configured correctly with automated responses, it can give incorrect answers but it is only a matter of a well-done configuration

**What do you like best about Chatra?**

Chatra is super quick and easy to manage client chats and customer chats. The application is simply superb to navigate and the notifications are really quick which helps you not to miss any conversation.

**What do you dislike about Chatra?**

Performance is super good but, I feel like the pricing or the subscription fee is much higher compared to the market price. Even though I prefer Chatra as it improved my conversations better than before.

Being in an institute, we always want to integrate with teams and other applications based on the requirement, Chatra made that integration easy and the support from the Chatra team is highly appreciated.

**What do you like best about Chatra?**

It is a great software to connect live to your employees and vendors or even when customers need to connect to your organization for any query on a real-time basis. It helps create a transparent workflow in resolving any queries or disputes.

**What do you dislike about Chatra?**

Chatra sometimes gets frozen while having a live session. Maybe there are server issues sometimes which need to be fixed, or rest all is great with the app.
Also, there should be a dark mode for all system requirements, which can be convenient for a longer time.

It has helped to solve issues like to resolve real-time queries on time and also to get customer trust vividly as it helps to create a transparent relationship with the customers as their queries are resolved.

The Free version of the chatra itself provides the best service to manage the chats to manage the customer. Helpful and easy to integrate with Slack & other platforms.

**What do you dislike about Chatra?**

Delay in email notification during the account password reset, and lazy load sometimes. Not sure that might be my network issue too :), lol it's a good platform.

**What problems is Chatra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick auto-reply, easy notification to the admin, and can be managed from a handy device from anywhere. It's a lightweight application that shows a great impact to the requirement.

Pricing plans are a bit high if you are small business. Sometimes user- interface can be overwhelming for new users. I also faced challenges in starting.

Chatra solves the problem of managing multiple chats simultaneously, which is particularly beneficial for me. With Chatra's convenient feature, I don't have to juggle numerous chats at once. Instead, I can focus on one conversation at a time, ensuring that I provide each customer with the attention they deserve.

I like the simplicity of chatra its easy to use and isn't intrusive. The free plan is great for getting you started and if you need additional features you can pay for the pro plan which isn't too expensive.

I wish there were more features available on the free plan like the ability to automatically prompt an interaction with a visitor after a certain amount of time.

Chatra is great for when you need to quickly engage a website visitor who may have questions but aren't interested in filling out a contact form to get help. Chatra definitely makes that process simple.

It is one of the free apps and it is definitely easy to use, in short, user-friendly.

Maybe, for me, when it comes to removing some branding badges whereas you have to pay for it so that it will be removed

"we are connecting you with an agent now" isn't always fast -- as a CS person, can take a bit to get to the alert

It's a good product overall with most of the features expected for a livechat. If there are no special needs, he does what he has to and he does it well. Pricing is good.

**What do you dislike about Chatra?**

We have been using it for several years and there are few updates and rarely new features. We have contacted the team for feature requests but it has always remained unaddressed. The API is a bit too simple if there are needs at this level.

If you're looking for a livechat that's easy to set up and use and you don't have any special integration needs, this is a great choice.

Chatra makes it possible for me to chat with clients while they are shopping. I can see what is in their cart and make recommendations, i can answer questions and give order status updates. It is really great.

My only complaint is that it cant give order updates without a live operator to look them up

It is really great. If you have the time to chat with clients while they are on your site, I highly recommend doing so. It has helped with customer service and questions as well.

I have been able to increase the number of items in peoples carts by making recommendations and it helps you build relationships with clients because they are chatting with you and not a bot.

Chatra has provided a perfect space for my company to communicate with our customers and provide quick information. Our customers thoroughly enjoy the ease and speed at which they can contact us.

I believe the price for the additional features could be lower. Other than that, I have not experienced any issues when using Chatra. I think the software is excellent.

Check the "new" tab under the conversations list often. Sometimes chats will only go to this list, and you don't always get notifications.

**What problems is Chatra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The order volume for my work has dramatically increased in the last year. Phone calls have become more frequent, and we can't always get back to our customers as quickly as we would like. Chatra allows us to communicate with our customers rapidly without stopping work on other things.

Chatra is quite simple and intuitive - modern design and customization options are awesome. Also, the Triggers feature helps to get relevant conversations and high-quality leads.

**What do you dislike about Chatra?**

The pricing system is strange - if you are on the Russian version of the website it will cost you 7$, but if you will switch into English - it's 15$.
I've contacted support- they explained that they have special prices for CIS users.

This product doesn't have a proper chatbot, functionality is limited?

**Recommendations to others considering Chatra:**

If you are looking for cheap, nice looking chat - chatra is a good option, but if you need a serious chat with chatbots,  mailbox, and good analytics- chatra is not that good.

Chatra solves communication problems, it helps with selling services and products since you are approaching your client when they are interested in purchase.

Chatra makes the live chat on your website easy. The free version offers one agent per month and has some missing features, but you can still get away with using the free version which is great. The dashboard is relatively simple and the Chatra bot is helpful in order to see how customer engagement typically looks. It can integrate with Slack which is also very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Chatra?**

A ticketing system like in other chatbot software is essentially non-available which seems a bit ridiculous as most of these inquiries for product-based businesses may involve tickets. 

**Recommendations to others considering Chatra:**

You should consider Chatra as it may be a cheap alternative depending on your use case. In certain other cases, it may be helpful to explore other chat bots.

Keeping customers engaged on our website and allowing them to ask question right away in an easy manner that is much better than email.

It was easy and convenient, and when we had a small team manning responses on the website, it was effective.

**What do you dislike about Chatra?**

Chatra didn't have out-of-the-box integrations to our other business systems (CRM, Marketing Automation), so it resulted in a lot of unnecessary data entry.  

It also became difficult to manage shifts and response templates as our team grew.

**Recommendations to others considering Chatra:**

If you have a large team managing live chat, be sure that Chatra can integrate with other business systems so that conversations don't happen in a vacuum.  Conversations had in Chatra were lost within CRM.

I love that Chatra is a quick, easy way for customers to reach out and for us to address their questions. It makes it easy for us to track support needs and no one gets lost in the shuffle because missed chats are forwarded to our ticketing software.

**What do you like best about Chatra?**

This is a perfect widget that can be utilized on your company's website. Ideal for small-businesses. This app allows the opportunity to have a hands-on approach with your customers and clientele. With this application you can meet customer satisfaction needs and function around your business-hours that can be pre-set with the application. This application takes customer-service to a whole new level. App is quite easy to install as well. The Chatra customer-service team speedily responds and handles customer/user inquiries which gives any user confidence in downloading and using this application.

**What do you dislike about Chatra?**

Web-developer may need to be consulted when setting up this widget to your personal-website. The mobile-version of this application has limited functionality which can be a downside to this app. Conversations can be sorted and categorized into multiple different sectors such as "Missed" or "Queue" which sometimes causes confusion when responding back to clients.

**Recommendations to others considering Chatra:**

I recommend users of this appliation to preset messages and tailor them to meet the customer's needs. If a customer is idling on your page, you can set up a function to have a timed-message automatically sent to them to assist them. Messages can be customized to suit any part of your website in order to help your customer every step of the way.

**What problems is Chatra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Offline messages can be sent to customers. Customer inquiries can be answered immediately upon receipt. There is a feature that shows you who is currently visiting your website. A nice added-feature is the ability to customize your messaging-platform with custom-colours. Chatra is an essential-asset for any company just starting up, or even established businesses who want to revamp their website.

**What do you like best about Chatra?**

Chatra is easy to use, has a polished design, and amazing client support. Every aspect of implementing and using Chatra has been a breeze, and we are very happy we made the switch. We have seen customer cancellations drop by 15% since implementing Chatra, and we attribute much of this to how easy it is for our customers to get help!

**What do you dislike about Chatra?**

Not much to dislike with Chatra, they seem to be aware of their customers' needs and consistently add updates to improve our experience. We have no issues with them whatsoever.

You will not be disappointed! Implementing Chatra was the best decision our business made in 2017.

Chatra is helping or client support team assist customers faster than ever, and our customers love it! We realized how many of our users prefer to use chat rather than calling or emailing support. We now assist more customers via Chatra than by phone and email combined.

What I like best about chatra is the auto email sending if a user leaves as well as the transcript that is sent to an admin email on the company side. This is helpful for getting a paper trail when changes are needed to be made. I also like the details of browser/computer the user are using to help troubleshoot.

I dislike the limited metrics that chatra provides.

My team can see everything and take on chats as well as transfer them to other team members very easily. Multiple team members can chat with a client at one time

There are some errors with widgets and integrations and it can get a bit costly if you need multiple online agents.

It integrates great with a desktop application and you can create automated messages based on your company. It’s flexible for different roles. It is easy to use for a small business setting to provide customer support.

Allows you to assist customers live, you cam walk them through troubleshooting and their entry process. The benefits are more satisfied customers and less complaints. It definitely provides reassurance for them
