**What do you like best about 20i?**

It is really developer friendly. It's designed for resellers and people who host their client's websites (as well as being great for just individuals). The support is really good - they are responsive and very helpful (no silly questions!). The servers themselves run really well and have good uptime stats. They fix issues timely. And it's a nice interface that's easy to use.

**What do you dislike about 20i?**

Sometimes you can't get as detailed into the server as you might want to do, such as changing server settings, but in general, if you ask support, they can do it at their end.

**What problems is 20i solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's really good for agencies / developers who host a lot of different people's sites, keeping them separate but visually in one place. It means one client's site won't bring down the server for everyone else and also things are kept securely separate.

**What do you like best about 20i?**

I like that 20i offers both email hosting and domain services in the same control panel, which is convenient. I appreciate how clean the interface is, making it easy to navigate. It's also easy to talk to support, which I find helpful. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about 20i?**

I think the email pricing could be better. I would prefer a smaller package with cheaper pricing, such as lower storage.

20i combines email hosting and domain services in one control panel, making management more convenient for me.

**What do you like best about 20i?**

I had an issue with transferring a domain to 20i. They were **VERY** responsive and helped me work out the problem even though the issue was with the original host. Their pricing is reasonable.

**What do you dislike about 20i?**

At this point in my experience with 20i, I am not aware of any downsides to working with 20i.

Though I'm not looking for start a business and promote that through my site hosted by 20i, they do give me a reliable presence online to showcase my photography.

**What do you like best about 20i?**

Customer support is second to none. They respond super quickly and their responses are very helpful, not like the generic nonsense you get as the first response from other hosting companies just so they can claim short response time. Every person on the support team I have had the pleasure to deal with so far has been brilliant and I cannot complain. 


Massive thanks to Sam T, Jake E, Rob, Peter H, Joshua S, Louie R, James S, Morgan C, Callum B, Cory S, Arron H, Robyn H, Nathan N for helping me sort out my issues migrating everything from another hosting company. 

I highly recommend 20i. I trust them with all of my clients websites, 72 in total.

**What do you like best about 20i?**

The support has been great. Not only timely but friendly and knowledgable. The AI bot could learn a thing or two from the real support people!
Pricing has become a big factor these days and I have moved from a dedicated server elsewhere to shared server with 20i. The savings are considerable, even when I added Timeline Pro backup. I also saved money by using their WHMCS licence, although I haven't yet configured WHMCS with their own module to automate some tasks.

**What do you dislike about 20i?**

Not so much least helpful but more of a difference is their control panel. My customers and I were used to cpanel and there is a learning curve with regards to finding things and differing terminology (maybe that is why the AI bot struggles?). Some of their terminology can lead to misunderstanding. As a reseller I am used to Joomla and Wordpress sites, Content Management Systems, and was quite surprised to find that the white label approach was HTML and CSS based. So setting up a website that would be seamless with the Host Shop was a step too far for now. I will stick with WHMCS and their themes.

Primarily a financial saving.

**What do you like best about 20i?**

20i stands out as key provider for my business for one main reason: proper, human support. It’s not outsourced or robotic, it’s fast, intelligent, and genuinely helpful. Every time I’ve raised an issue or asked a question, I’ve had someone who knows what they’re talking about reply quickly and always with the solution.

The UI is clean and logical and it feels like it was built by people who actually use it. No digging through nonsense to find DNS or backups, it’s all where it should be.

They’re based in the UK, which makes a huge difference to me. Speeds are great, and I’m not stuck in a different timezone if I need help. As for tools: staging, backups, reseller stuff, it’s all there and works really well.

If you're a designer, dev, or agency who values your time and sanity, 20i is worth it for the support alone.

**What do you dislike about 20i?**

Nothing major, but I’d love to see even more detailed analytics built into the dashboard. It’s not a deal-breaker, I just love data.

It’s taken the stress out of hosting. I no longer waste time chasing support tickets or wrestling with clunky interfaces because 20i gives me fast, UK-based support, a clear dashboard, and tools that actually help, like staging, backups, and simple site migrations. That means fewer headaches, happier clients, and more time to focus on the actual work

**What do you like best about 20i?**

I use them as a reseller for hosting, but they offer tons of things. I thought it was afforable for what I use it for then I found out I can create my own shop right from the dashboard. Everything is easy to find and use. The support is quick, very human and easy to understand. It is so easy for me to go around the dashboard, Other companies are so hard to navigate.

**What do you dislike about 20i?**

The only negative thing I can think of is that my bank card wont do foreign transactions so I have to pay with paypal. But thats really no big deal and not their fault at all.

**What problems is 20i solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All my clients websites are in one place, easy to navigate and i can even turn hosting off easily for overdue accounts, and turn it right back on if they pay.

**What do you like best about 20i?**

I was able to transfer my collection of websites from a failed hosting company. My sites were migrated smoothly and came right up with 20i. They offer reseller options that work for me at a price that was less expensive than what I had spent in the past. And now I have the opportunity to offer web hosting to friends and family. And possibly start my own business.
20i offers many options that I haven’t seen with other hosting companies. You can choose to offer cloud hosting on other platforms as well as native 20i data centers. No matter whether you choose native hosting or pick one of the big names, 20i has a vast number of CDN sites all over the world so your websites will seem like they are local to everyone. I also like that they have a full library of free add on utilities that can be added to any website.

I haven’t found anything I dislike about 20i yet.

I can host my websites on separate severs, grouping them according to who will manage them.

I've been in the website business for over 25 years, and I've never experienced better customer support and service. Reliable, fast, and always responsive – 20i is the best hosting provider I've worked with!

So far, I have not found anything negative about 20i, their products or services. If there has ever been anything wrong, 20i has ALWAYS found a remedy and without delay.

I am a website designer/developer and a Reseller of 20i hosting and domains. I have used several hosts in the past and have had terrible experiences with them. I stumbled upon 20i while I was looking for a platform to resell to my clients and I couldn't be happier! 20i has been there to hold my hand during my learning process and they are always on top of support any time day or night. If I have a question, they are unsure of, 20i works with me until we figure out a working solution. They never try to upsell me or push off problems and that is the main reason I chose to make 20i my hosting company. Their staff are always polite and extremely helpful. They have a customer for life with me!

**What do you like best about 20i?**

Superhelpful customer service, easy to make multiple sites. I'm not hugely experienced with DNS and site migration, had problems with my previous provider and wanted a more reliable company. 20i were extremely helpful and I've now migrated all my sites. The sitebuilder was also easy to use and has a clean look - ideal for a couple of calling-card projects I needed to put online.

Nothing. Everything so far has been smooth and the communication is clear and user-friendly.

**What problems is 20i solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My previous provider let a business-critical domain lapse, and I didn't get good or responsive customer service. So I was looking for a different provider, and needed to migrate several small sites quickly. The migration was straightforward, 20i took the strain and I was able to do a lot myself, because the communication was so clear. My sites are now up-to-date and easier to manage. I'm so happy to have the complicated proliferation of providers and legacy sites under one roof now.

I manage multiple websites with 20i and use their panel daily for development work. Their tools are far beyond what other providers offer, making every aspect of site management seamless. The ease of integration is outstanding—whether it’s setting up emails, launching new platforms, or spinning up staging environments, everything is effortless. Their optimisation suite is incredible, and now with the options to store pre-made website builds, I can easily implement entire projects with a single click. Most importantly, their hosting is blazing fast and ultra-reliable, delivering insane speeds and TTFBs. The customer support team is exceptional—always available, even out of hours, and they go beyond standard support to find creative solutions. 20i truly sets the benchmark for hosting excellence!

**What do you like best about 20i?**

As someone who has been using UK hosts for over 20 years from 1&1 (now ionos) Fast Hosts, Host Gator, DIY Host, UK2, Heart Internet to name a few, Ive learnt they always start off good but then 6 months in they seem to drop the ball and the support or hosting (ie performance) quality drops. So far I have been with 20i for 18 months and the support is excellent and any small issues I have they are on it and very supportive.

**What do you dislike about 20i?**

A couple of things, somtimes the control panel (especially selecting the create support ticket tab) is super slow and makes you miss the menu, clicking something else, The only other  little thing i dislike is when you mark a ticket as urgent it should override the requirement to wait for the Ai to answer (for urgent only) as a few times I have forgot its done this, gone back to my work and realised despite being urgent its not been responded. Although I understand the need for ai to save on unnecessary human intevention (which is actualy really good 70% of the time) i think for urgent tickets this should be disabled or at least a question asked before do you want ai to try and answer or push direct to a human

Things like cloning a website or changing them from staging to live, dns pointing, general little issues arise with websites they are really good!

**What do you like best about 20i?**

Their systems and service levels are the best I have encountered in over 25 years of being in this business. All support requests are usually answered within minutes (24x7) by knowledgeable support staff, so the rare issues that do arise are very short lived.

**What do you dislike about 20i?**

There's not much to dislike only a bit if you need Windows hosting. The offering for that is more limited, with caps on the size of available MS SQL Server databases (1GB) in the reseller environment. Also, they still offer only Windows 2016 Server as a preinstall on a VPS, which is pretty old now, so if you want a later version, you have to upgrade from there with your own license.

We used to run our own servers, which took time and effort. Now we have a knowledgeable technical team just a few keystrokes away that quickly get their heads around any issues that arise and solve them - usually in double-quick time.

Transferred to 20i after iBrave folded. Thanks to the 20iTeam for taking over the accounts and providing excellent service. Their response time is fast and friendly. They walked me through several hiccups on my end and I really appreciate their expertise.

**What do you dislike about 20i?**

I didn't have any downsides with 20i. I felt that the pricing was commensurate with the services provided. They have many more features that I was not using as my website was only informational. The 20i Team took care of all transfer requirements from iBrave hosting letting me concentrate on tweaking my web pages. That was a relief for me and I thank them for making it so easy to get my site up and running.

20i support is the best I've seen. I'm using several hosts from I which I cancelled couple because of the lack of support on time when needed. Whether it is unexpected down or email issues, they have always updated me very quickly.
Also their own control panel is useful and easy to deal with.
Migration service also went automatically and smoothly

Not much to complain really, I felt slow loading sometimes of some sites, but it could be because I'm really away from their servers location in UK

The 20i own control panel solves Cpanel unpredictable pricing changes seen on other hosts, the cost is very reasonable as well. and very stable

The support is generally excellent - timely and helpful. The control panel is well laid out and easy to use. Adding new packages is painless and straiforward.

**What do you dislike about 20i?**

20i uses a custom control panel which means that it may not be familiar to plesk or cpanel users. In addition, there is no control over some of the security features - for example mod security, so any changes to that need to be done via a support ticket.

I have consolidated all of my hosting with 20i, which has alleviated the need for additional support to manage other servers.

Their entire offering meets my needs as a reseller of website services. It is cost-effective and packed with features from a range of functions and software that can be added to user accounts, backed up by expert staff available every time I need help.

I have been using 20i almost from their inception and I would not still be a customer of theirs were there anything I really disliked.

**What problems is 20i solving and how is that benefiting you?**

20i is a true one-stop shop. They have competitive pricing for domain names, and that includes transfer-in from other hosts. They have reseller packages to suit all company sizes and easy route to upgrade as needed. I particularly like the ability to create multiple product sets for my customers and, if needed, to be able to adjust those on the fly.

I have had to consult their technical support specialists many times including domain and site transfer from other service providers. They have always been cost competitive and their customer service has been both responsive and knowledgeable. I am now only using the basic shared hosting service but that is ideal for my needs. 

The security and availability have also been excellent.

(I am a retired computer consultant and not easily impressed!)

**What do you like best about 20i?**

I have been transferring all the websites I design over to 20i from a different British based hosting service (who sold out).  On the whole Customer Service is pretty good - the odd frustrating moment at times - but TODAY I received  fantastic service when I had completely messed something up and needed help.  Braydon W could easily have let me figure it out for myself but no, he politely and kindly continued to support me get my issue sorted when in fact he must have known I had made an error.

So, THANK YOU Braydon in 20i Support.  You helped me a lot!

Discovering 20i Reseller Hosting has been a game changer for my business. I wanted to provide my clients with high quality WordPress hosting but also allow them have individual access to their own control panel. Most other reseller hosting did not offer this but thankfully 20i does. The platform for managing these clients is easy to use and full of amazing features. To add to this, their customer service is brilliant, with friendly responses to tickets coming from the likes of Louie, Joe, Nathan and Ryan coming within minutes.

Overall it's difficult to find something I dislike about 20i.

**What do you like best about 20i?**

I've been using My20i for some time now, and I have to say, it's one of the best hosting services I've ever come across. First off, the price is fantastic—great value for the quality of service you get. The control panel is incredibly intuitive, making it super easy to set up hosting and emails. Migrating my emails was a breeze, which was a huge relief compared to the headaches I've had with other providers.

But the real standout feature for me is the support. I've never experienced anything like it. Their response times are lightning-fast, and every issue I've had (which have been few and far between) has been resolved quickly and efficiently. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. Honestly, I've never had better support anywhere else.

Honestly, I don’t have anything negative to say. The service has been consistently reliable, and I’ve never encountered any issues worth mentioning. If I had to nitpick, it would be that I haven't found anything to complain about!

My20i has been a lifesaver when it comes to resolving technical issues, especially with plugins conflicting with caching and themes not working properly. Their team has also helped me set up cron jobs and command lines, which saved me a lot of time and hassle. From the start point had a query about hosting , their sales support was amazing. One of their sales team wasnt too sure which server i need to go for he passed my chat to someone more technical who adviced which server i require.

purchased their services in 10 mins from that chat converation they logged a ticket got the process started and what an amazing support. been in the e commerce industry for over 10 years tell you what it was seemless amazing ticketing system they kept me updated got me up and running within a day !

ease of implementation they did all the hard work i sat back provided what ever information they require.
the integration was easy they did all the back up from my old hosting and they migrated all data / database over!!

**What do you dislike about 20i?**

would be great if they provided a bit of a tour maybe showing how to restore data etc a bit of a quick video or welcome pack would be great BUT saying that , you can navigate very easy cant really say i dislike 20i at the moment not navigated to all the pages etc.

continuity which is important. Hostinger gave me endless headache, loss of revenue and sleepless night. i feel that there is support available where as hostinger there was a rubbish bot!

Customer support is exceptional; in addition to operating 24/7, response times are very quick, and most issues are resolved within minutes.

Nothing to point out. The only thing might be the prices, which are slightly high, but considering the level of customer support provided, it is well worth the cost.

My previous hosting had many service interruptions; the server would go down, and the response time was too high. There was one instance where a problem caused me to be without service for over 6 hours, which is why I started looking for another hosting company. I already knew about 20i, so the choice was quick.

Always willing to go the extra mile and help with issues that many other Hosting Companies would not entertain. Support staff are polite, flexible, knowledgeable and really try to make sure they find a solution to your problem, even when it is YOUR problem and nothing to do with their hosting service - a breath of fresh air and sets the bar that most other hosting companies can only dream of reaching.

not a lot TBH - pricing is on par with competitors, but could always be cheaper!! but for what they offer they are priced very competitively, its just we all want somethign for nothing right?

I represented a client and needed help gaining control of  a domain name. Joshua helped immensely via Live Chat and then via Support Ticket!!
They were able to confirm various pieces of information and enabled us to progress our issue. This was all carried out very quickly.

I haven't used enough of it to spot any downsides. I have only used their Live Chat customer service.

The automation and flawless operation are beyond impressive. Very easy to use! Total control of domains and websites with all the portal features, very easy to integrate. Support staff via web chat are EXCELLENT and always available.

The webmail feature seems a bit slow to load when you click on read new messages, but this is likely because they have security running in the background. Other than that, 20i offers excellent service at a fair price!

Have been using 20i for many years and they are by far the best provider that we have used. Super easy user-interface and set-up for any domain on any platform. Have never experienced any failure of the system so 100% reliable for us.

They provide excellent customer support through a simple ticket system for any complex issues relating to the operation, migration or implementation of a site and there response is normally instant.

**What do you like best about 20i?**

I like the migration service it's very easy and if there is a problem like there was with my previous host over a DNS issue with the second site I needed to migrate they helped me through the staging process which I'd never done before and they took the lead through the whole process. they are not just generic support staff who answer the phones or divert your ticket to the right department, they are all technically qualified people and give you the assistance right from the get go.

I particualy love thier WordPress optimised platform which is great as I develop websites for my clients using this, so no more messing around optimising servers myself with increased memory etc.

The built in web application firewall and malware scanner is a big plus also the free SSL, 20i are saving me money every year here, so no more pricey bloaty plugins to install. Their CDN is a massive plus so no more cachhing plugins required either.

I can't recommend 20i enough they are packed full of useful features , easy integratins and implementation and Ben G  who supported me through the process was absolutely brilliant.

Have't found anything I dislike. I'm not sure there is anything to dislike.

They are solving my previouse platform issues with heart internet and also solving my previous customer support issues, my previous host left me hanging for nearly 4 days before I got an answer, with 20i it was less than ten minutes.

An exemplar of a modern hosting company.  

Having worked with several large scale and enterprise hosting companies over the years, I can confidently say 20i are the best I've  ever used.  Everything I've ever needed to do is easy to use and available within just a click or two, and support when getting stuck has been almost immediate and always incredibly helpful.  

They're ahead of the game in terms of domain security with several features I haven't seen supported via the UI and for free with any other suppliers (SPF, DNS-SEC, MTA-STS, DMARC etc)  and they make it very easy to transfer sites and domains across.

**What do you dislike about 20i?**

Really nothing. The monthly bill is very reasonable for the range and standard of services offered

**What problems is 20i solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having everything available through a robust secure UI means it's much quicker and easier to complete routine tasks and much harder to get them wrong.

**What do you like best about 20i?**

20i's unique hosting infrastructure, using a built in CDN, Clustered / Load balanced technology and whitelable hosting is superb. Superfast loading, and nearly 100% uptime. There support is unbeatable, with responces within less than 10 minutes on all cases. I login to 20i most days, and host over 45 seperate domains with them. Creating new sites and linking to WHMCS is super easy, and overall there implimentation of many features is everything i need.

**What do you dislike about 20i?**

The only downside to 20i, is you have to pay extra to enable backups. Most hosting providers offer this as part of there service, however 20i have many features that lots of other providers dont have.

20i allows us to resell, using a white labled platform, and allows us to be super flexible with packages we offer to our customers. 20i is probably the best hosting platform around, with many advanced features, such as clustered hosting, auto load balancing and CDN features.

**What do you like best about 20i?**

Both over the last year, since I signed up to 20i, and in the most recent case the level of support and their responsiveness have impressed me.

In the most recent incident Callum responded almost instantly and when we couldn't find an immediate resolution to my enquiry the ticket was escalated and the issue resolved. Any delays in the progress of the ticket were more down to my response times rather than on the part of Callum or 20i. This, I have learnt over the few support tickets I’ve raised, is the norm.

I’m very satisfied with my decision to pull my physical servers from my previous data centre and open a reseller account with 20i using their own cloud hosting. The service thus far has been exemplary and the management of their services using the 20i control panel has made management of the 30+ sites that I currently manage a breeze. Being able to set-up customised individual control panels for individual clients where needed has also streamlined my operations and impressed the clients that want that level of control.

**What do you dislike about 20i?**

None really. Recent change from unlimited number of sites for one price to a tiered tariff is something of a negative. Though in reality not a great hardship as the costs are still manageable given the allowances within each tier.

Relieving the need for dedicated server with associated management, software licencing and co-location costs.

Not only is the hosting incredibly reliable, but the support is second to none.  One of my biggest reasons for using them is they offer green hosting which ticks my business ethos.

Not found any downsides to using 20i. They are a brilliant company to work with.

My business is very sustainability focussed, and with 20i's green hosting, it ticks that box not just for me, but for my clients.  Their control panel is so user friendly, I can see all my clients websites and domains and manage them easily.  I can also give my clients (or their IT teams) access to their own control panel.

I have been using 20i for 5 years and have in excess of 100 hosting accounts.  Up-time has been excellent and they offer a wide range of services.  On the rare occassion I need some help, the support team have been excellent, often responding to my questions in less than an hour, at any time of day or night.

The best thing is supporting these guys helped me a ton and saved me multiple times. Then the whole system and a friendly user panel.

Currently, I can't use Hostshop as I can't translate it into my language Slovenian.
The second problem is my Nacional domain .si is four times more expensive here because of that I am forced to use other registrars.
