What do you like best about 20i?

Customer support is second to none. They respond super quickly and their responses are very helpful, not like the generic nonsense you get as the first response from other hosting companies just so they can claim short response time. Every person on the support team I have had the pleasure to deal with so far has been brilliant and I cannot complain.

Massive thanks to Sam T, Jake E, Rob, Peter H, Joshua S, Louie R, James S, Morgan C, Callum B, Cory S, Arron H, Robyn H, Nathan N for helping me sort out my issues migrating everything from another hosting company.

What do you like best about 20i?

The support has been great. Not only timely but friendly and knowledgable. The AI bot could learn a thing or two from the real support people!

Pricing has become a big factor these days and I have moved from a dedicated server elsewhere to shared server with 20i. The savings are considerable, even when I added Timeline Pro backup. I also saved money by using their WHMCS licence, although I haven't yet configured WHMCS with their own module to automate some tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 20i?

Not so much least helpful but more of a difference is their control panel. My customers and I were used to cpanel and there is a learning curve with regards to finding things and differing terminology (maybe that is why the AI bot struggles?). Some of their terminology can lead to misunderstanding. As a reseller I am used to Joomla and Wordpress sites, Content Management Systems, and was quite surprised to find that the white label approach was HTML and CSS based. So setting up a website that would be seamless with the Host Shop was a step too far for now. I will stick with WHMCS and their themes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 20i?

20i stands out as key provider for my business for one main reason: proper, human support. It’s not outsourced or robotic, it’s fast, intelligent, and genuinely helpful. Every time I’ve raised an issue or asked a question, I’ve had someone who knows what they’re talking about reply quickly and always with the solution.

The UI is clean and logical and it feels like it was built by people who actually use it. No digging through nonsense to find DNS or backups, it’s all where it should be.

They’re based in the UK, which makes a huge difference to me. Speeds are great, and I’m not stuck in a different timezone if I need help. As for tools: staging, backups, reseller stuff, it’s all there and works really well.

If you're a designer, dev, or agency who values your time and sanity, 20i is worth it for the support alone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 20i?

What do you like best about 20i?

I use them as a reseller for hosting, but they offer tons of things. I thought it was afforable for what I use it for then I found out I can create my own shop right from the dashboard. Everything is easy to find and use. The support is quick, very human and easy to understand. It is so easy for me to go around the dashboard, Other companies are so hard to navigate. What do you dislike about 20i?

The only negative thing I can think of is that my bank card wont do foreign transactions so I have to pay with paypal. But thats really no big deal and not their fault at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about 20i?

I was able to transfer my collection of websites from a failed hosting company. My sites were migrated smoothly and came right up with 20i. They offer reseller options that work for me at a price that was less expensive than what I had spent in the past. And now I have the opportunity to offer web hosting to friends and family. And possibly start my own business.

20i offers many options that I haven’t seen with other hosting companies. You can choose to offer cloud hosting on other platforms as well as native 20i data centers. No matter whether you choose native hosting or pick one of the big names, 20i has a vast number of CDN sites all over the world so your websites will seem like they are local to everyone. What do you like best about 20i?

Superhelpful customer service, easy to make multiple sites. I'm not hugely experienced with DNS and site migration, had problems with my previous provider and wanted a more reliable company. 20i were extremely helpful and I've now migrated all my sites. What do you like best about 20i?

As someone who has been using UK hosts for over 20 years from 1&1 (now ionos) Fast Hosts, Host Gator, DIY Host, UK2, Heart Internet to name a few, Ive learnt they always start off good but then 6 months in they seem to drop the ball and the support or hosting (ie performance) quality drops. So far I have been with 20i for 18 months and the support is excellent and any small issues I have they are on it and very supportive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about 20i?

A couple of things, somtimes the control panel (especially selecting the create support ticket tab) is super slow and makes you miss the menu, clicking something else, The only other little thing i dislike is when you mark a ticket as urgent it should override the requirement to wait for the Ai to answer (for urgent only) as a few times I have forgot its done this, gone back to my work and realised despite being urgent its not been responded. Although I understand the need for ai to save on unnecessary human intevention (which is actualy really good 70% of the time) i think for urgent tickets this should be disabled or at least a question asked before do you want ai to try and answer or push direct to a human Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
