What I like most about BrowserStack is how effortlessly it enables cross-browser and cross-device testing, without having to maintain a physical device lab. At SmiONE, we rely on it every day for both manual and automated testing. It’s very easy to use, with a clean, intuitive interface that makes it simple to get started and stay productive. The integrations with automation tools like Selenium and CI/CD pipelines (such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions) have been smooth and dependable for us. I also value the broad selection of real devices and browser combinations, which helps us validate our work thoroughly and deliver high-quality releases across different platforms. While BrowserStack is a strong tool overall, there are still a few areas where it could improve. From time to time, real device sessions take a little longer than expected to connect, and this seems to happen more often during peak hours. Also, some features—such as advanced debugging tools or logs—could be more detailed and informative, especially when I’m running automation tests.
