Updates don't seem to be being pushed through to the BING platform when we go into the native platform. How has other users got around this?

I am trying to deploy strapi v4 onto Azure. Either by Docker or some other form that will also use the Azure Managed MySQL database. How/what is the best way to achieve this and to link it to Github auto updates from pushes and such.
