# What are the time frames for aligning the data across all the hubs?

The hubs don't speak what can be a real pain in the ass when creating automations based on customer behaviour. Also the inability to change due dates is another key limitation.

I don&#39;t have the answer to that. The data silo issue is the greatest weakness of Hubspot. What I did was a workaround. Essentially, I duplicated several fields that were mandatory for reporting cross-functionally.

I added Company Name to contact since &#39;Related to Company&#39; does not &#39;really&#39; relate except by a company identifier number. 

You can add the values you need to relate to (Company Name) being the most problematic for me by doing an export. add the field in Hubspot, add the fields in the spreadsheet. IMPORTANT make sure you keep the Identifier Number and  &#39;Associated to&#39; Company name in the system unaltered or you will hose up the system.  I think you can do that for service tickets as well. I was able to get it to work for me and I had a database that was over 10k contacts i had to normalize and make available for sorting by Company name and a number of other parameters that don&#39;t come out of the box.
