# What is the best way to keep responses anonymous but the results publicized to firm in best visual?

I was hoping to gather all data anonymously and then when the survey is completed have a auto generated graph, pie chart, visual that can be sent out to participants. I think this would really show value and improve participation as well from all employees.

Under Analyze Data there is a (small) menu at the top for Save As. Under that menu you can create a share link, and once you create the link it gives you the options to only show the aggregate data, suppressing any PII or individual responses.
