
We wanted to expand our growth opportunities by providing highly tailored suggestions on each page for our visitors, using SAP CDP, we can put these recommendations in multiple ways based on different page layouts and target consumers with the most relevant goods connected to their searches. We also utilize the welcome bar to notify users of crucial updates, shipping information, and other information, even yet, the CR and AOV rose as a result. Another aspect of SAP CDP that was important to us was dynamic segmentation of our customers from different countries, this may appear to be a basic notion, but it was something that no other supplier had previously provided us, furthermore, A/B testing allowed us to test multiple aspects and campaigns and activate the top performing ones to further boost our conversion rate. We had some issues with the SAP Customer Data Platform dashboard's extensive capabilities at initially; they gave how-to videos rather than written articles/how-tos, which we didn't find particularly useful. It also required some time to interact and discuss the unique features with the customer success team, thus we needed some time to become acquainted with some of the items. The product's performance in terms of speed might be enhanced; sometimes it takes a while for a campaign to load; we hope this will be rectified in the near future.
