Data.ai is an excellent platform for grasping the big picture of the market and how app performances shift. It allows for the analysis of competitor data, the tracking of their marketing initiatives, and aids in connecting the dots between significant occurrences and user engagement patterns. Connecting to the app store and google play store wasn't necessarily easy. The platform doesn't offer customization for the chart line colors, which would be more convenient if one could personalize them according to each competitor's brand identity. I love working with top charts of companies. The option to choose companies with HQs in specific countries and filter by parent company or by a daughter company makes it so easy to watch how companies' revenues grow/decrease in certain regions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Data AI's dashboard makes it easy to track daily rankings of our app, top keywords, and other KPI's that assist in our ASO efforts. Our customer success managers are also great in pulling insights and compiling learnings into a digestable fashion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All of the Data AI insights are useful in some capacity. As a market researcher, doing day-to-day comprehensive market analysis of the gaming market is the first thing for me. Having fast paced knowledge via product, become one step ahead from the others. First of all, I love SensorTower and happy to use this product. Of course,like every product, this product has its shortcomings, but as long as you reach users and get feedback, you are likely to improve yourself. So, thanks for reaching users. My thoughts are like that; First of all, SensorTower can be reached directly to users for efficient use of the updated product, for example, by arranging a short webinar, the user experience can be improved.The advantages of using the product related to specific areas should be presented to the users, for example, what are the issues that match-3 game studio pay attention to when analyzing the market or how people in different titles use this product etc. It would be useful to see the effect of application updates on downloads and revues in a short and concise way. We saw that the SoV and network data on the creative side are not healthy, some parts are wrong and missing (we checked our products), I think this should be improved. It would be nice to be notified and visible when applications and games are transferred to another account. it's a great tool to understand the overall market landscape and performance dynamics. You can review the data on the competitors, track their advertising camapigns. It doesn't allow to change to color of lines on the charts. It could've been way eaier if I could set my own colors for each competitor that associaties with its brand color. Sensor Tower helps its users to analyze other Application and Games in every way. I believe that the best thing about Sensor Tower is to observe what your competitors focus on and give opportunity to your company for analyzing and applying new features to your application. SensorTower is always iterating their tools, products & filtering according to the needs of their customers. Those iterations provide significant impact practically. The biggest upside is the support, reports and analysis they are providing to us. They are providing what we are asking for and as an equally important thing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Personally, SensorTower's visual side is not my favourite tool out there. It isn't really affecting the functionality but I think there are room for improvement visually.
As an additional side, I would rather work with a full set of products without having to decide drop-off which products to reduce the cost. Data.ai reporting and visualization tools are top-notch. It provides clear, visually appealing reports that are easy to understand. I really like the Insights Generator tool where its easy to compare multiple apps in one go and check for enagagement analysis like Audience Attention, Engagement Depth etc. I use the tool frequently to track competitotrs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
