The least helpful aspect of Sensortower is the active users data, it has been restated several times since our adoption of the platform and we really don't know when to trust it. Sensortower is helping us solve many of the intraquarter questions that we have regaridng market share on many of these companies. It really has a 360º view of apps metrics, allowing to keep track of your competitors movements and your real position on the market. It has a lot of actionable insights on ASO, MK investment and App improvement. Useful for different departments of the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Sensor Tower? Not always has coverage in your markets. Specially when moving from Tier1 markets to other markets there are few metrics available. Some menus are difficult to manage and you can easily lost the track of where an option is placed. It has helped us putting the right efforts on the APP compared to our Web businesses when comparing to our competitors. Now we have a more accurate view of our position on the market compared to our competitors. Too expensive for the use you can really do with the data. Data unaccuracy when compared with internal data is doubtless.
