The Normalization tool is easy to use and provides a solution to the issue that many people that work in data are having at the moment, dealing with data that has slightly different naming conventions across many different places. The email support is very impressive and quick to respond. Usually emailing support at companies is a rabbit hole and a time sink, but all my issues have been solved in a timely manner.
