**What do you like best about Bannerflow?**

I like using Bannerflow for managing the creation and resizing of our ads and publishing them directly into our various marketing channels. I find it easy to modify files without needing to re-upload in bulk, and it facilitates the creation and testing of ad variations while managing dynamic advertising. I appreciate the ease of use, the amazing customer support that's always ready to troubleshoot, and the excellent key account management. In a fast-paced environment, quickly troubleshooting an issue is invaluable.

**What do you dislike about Bannerflow?**

Some UI aspects of the platform could be improved, like the possibility to archive old, not yet useful feeds or to better organize the content either in the library of assets or in the overall campaigns.

**What problems is Bannerflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bannerflow allows easy modification of files, creates and tests ad variations, and simplifies managing dynamic advertising. It helps us avoid re-uploading content in bulk and integrates with different marketing channels.

**What do you like best about Bannerflow?**

What I like best about Bannerflow is how easy it is to adapt, version, and scale creative across multiple formats and markets. It makes collaboration much smoother, speeds up production, and helps us keep consistency across campaigns while still being flexible enough to make quick changes when needed. I also value the support team, which has been helpful and responsive, and the AI capabilities, which add useful efficiency to the creative process.

**What do you dislike about Bannerflow?**

What I dislike about Bannerflow is that some workflows can still feel a bit manual or less intuitive than expected, especially when managing more complex setups at scale. At times, the platform can be limiting in terms of flexibility or speed for certain edits and approvals.

**What problems is Bannerflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bannerflow solves the challenge of creating and managing display ads at scale. Its adaptive layout capabilities automatically adjust creatives to different banner sizes and formats, reducing the need for manual resizing while maintaining consistent branding. It also supports dynamic remarketing by connecting product feeds to ad creatives, enabling personalized ads that update automatically based on user behavior or catalog changes. This has helped us produce campaigns faster, reduce repetitive design work, and deliver more relevant ads that improve engagement and campaign performance.

**What do you like best about Bannerflow?**

I like how easy Bannerflow is to use and how quickly it allows me to create lots of ads for different placements and formats. It efficiently handles creating tailored placements for platforms like Meta, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, reels, and stories with ease, saving time and resources. The initial setup was very easy, and the team is very hands-on and helpful, providing lots of training and walkthroughs.

**What do you dislike about Bannerflow?**

The tool is very intuitive and easy, but also complex. It takes time to understand how assets and sizes are connected to each other. It would be great if you could reconnect assets that previously have been disconnected from each other.

**What problems is Bannerflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bannerflow lets us quickly create lots of ads in different formats. Its features allow editing all ads in one place, saving time and resources by handling tasks in-house instead of hiring agencies. It's easy to use for tailoring placements to different platforms, which boosts efficiency.

**What do you like best about Bannerflow?**

We really enjoy how quickly I can create different versions of creatives. Some sizes take only a couple of clicks, and that speeds up our workflow immensely, since before we had to manually create each size and creative. Another feature we've been really enjoying is the Figma to Bannerflow plugin, since most of our work is made in Figma being able to quickly share them to BF is great, since we don't need to export each asset individually.

Two things we really enjoy es the speed in which changes are able to be pushed and how easy it is to share creatives with 3rd party collaborators, before we had to send each creative to our agency in a zip, but with API integration everything is really fast and we can make changes on the fly.

Right now I don't think we are using AI capabilities to it's fullest, but once we start trying them out we think they'll be really helpul,especially the new predictive score system.

Regarding support, we have only good things to share, our issues have been checked on and resolved really fast and no one from our team has had any problems with onboarding.

**What do you dislike about Bannerflow?**

Right now the asset library system is a bit convoluted. You can only access it getting into a creative, so if any teammate wants to add any assets they first have to find a random creative so they can have access to the folders.

A library icon on the homepage would easily solve the issue.

**What problems is Bannerflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us Bannerflow has solved 3 key problems:

Image quality, before BF we created all of our banners in a png format, so some text got pixelated and readability wasn't great. HTML creatives makes all vector elements look great so we don't have to worry about texts so much.

Speed, since we made all versions and formats from scatch we had less time to focus on design, BF has given us a speedier workflow and we can focus on more important things.

Efficiency working with 3rd parties, with API integration our agency can recieve creatives much easier, we're skipping sending them by email, so we can ensure they recieve everything perfectly.

**What do you like best about Bannerflow?**

I like that Bannerflow helps us use dynamic content and addresses large scale creative with a reduced team. The staff are really quick to help with any problems on live chat. I love working with Mustafa, our customer success manager, and the team has been super helpful in getting the tools we need implemented and active. The system is flexible enough to meet our demands. I also value the integral role of feeds in our designs, ensuring live data for sports and casino content is always updated accurately every fifteen seconds. The setup of Bannerflow is pretty simple for me, just like any other digital design tool, and it's been pretty easy for our team to onboard.

**What do you dislike about Bannerflow?**

I think the video capabilities aren't as flexible as you'd want them to be. It's a little bit clunky when it comes to what video animation that you can do.

**What problems is Bannerflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bannerflow helps us use dynamic content and address large-scale creative projects with limited resources. The team is quick to assist via live chat.

What I like best about Bannerflow is its combination of ease of use and scalability. The platform has an intuitive UI that makes it straightforward for both designers and marketers to create, edit, and launch campaigns without extensive technical expertise. The workflow is highly collaborative, allowing teams to manage assets, approvals, and creative updates efficiently in one place.

Bannerflow’s integrations with major ad platforms and marketing tools help streamline campaign management, while the platform’s performance remains reliable even when handling large volumes of creative variations. Features such as dynamic content and automated scaling save significant time when running campaigns across multiple markets and formats.

The platform also delivers strong ROI by reducing production time and enabling teams to manage more campaigns with fewer resources. Support and onboarding have been helpful, making it easier to get up to speed and adopt new features. I also appreciate Bannerflow’s growing use of automation and intelligent capabilities that help optimize creative workflows and improve campaign efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Bannerflow?**

While Bannerflow is generally easy to use, some of the more advanced features have a learning curve and can take time for new users to fully understand. The platform offers a wide range of functionality, but navigating complex campaign setups or dynamic content configurations can occasionally feel overwhelming.

One area where I would like to see further development is video support. Bannerflow is very strong for display and HTML5 banner production, but video workflows don’t feel as mature or feature-rich as the rest of the platform. As video continues to play a larger role in digital advertising, additional capabilities around video creation, editing, automation, and optimization would make the platform even more versatile for omnichannel campaigns.

There are also times when larger projects or highly customized creatives can impact workflow efficiency, and certain integrations could offer more flexibility or deeper functionality. From a reporting and analytics perspective, there is room for additional AI-driven insights and optimization recommendations to help marketers make faster decisions.

Although the platform provides good value overall, organizations with smaller advertising budgets may find the pricing structure challenging compared to simpler solutions. That said, the time savings and scalability often offset these costs for teams managing campaigns at scale.

Bannerflow solves the challenge of managing and scaling digital advertising creatives across multiple channels, markets, and campaign variations. Before using the platform, creating, updating, and distributing banner assets could be a time-consuming process involving multiple tools, manual workflows, and significant developer involvement.

By centralizing creative production, asset management, collaboration, and campaign deployment in a single platform, Bannerflow has helped our team work more efficiently and reduce the time required to launch and update campaigns. Features such as dynamic content, reusable templates, and bulk editing make it much easier to manage large volumes of creative variations while maintaining brand consistency.

The platform also improves collaboration between marketing, design, and campaign teams, reducing bottlenecks and speeding up approvals. Integrations with advertising platforms simplify distribution and ongoing campaign management, while automation features help reduce repetitive manual tasks. **What do you like best about Bannerflow?**

What we like most about Bannerflow is how it has given our marketing team completely new opportunities to produce creative assets internally, quickly and efficiently. Previously, we were more dependent on external resources to produce and adapt display and video material, but with Bannerflow we can now react much faster when new needs arise, whether it is for campaigns, changes in messaging, or new marketing initiatives.

The platform is extremely user-friendly, which enables more people in the team to contribute without the production process becoming too technical or time-consuming. This has made us more flexible, more independent, and much more agile in our day-to-day work.

We would also like to highlight the support and customer success team, who have been absolutely fantastic. They are always positive, solution-oriented, and available whenever we need help. Whether we are stuck with a specific challenge in the platform, need guidance on best practices, or want support with internal training, the Bannerflow team is always there to help us move forward.

**What do you dislike about Bannerflow?**

We honestly cannot think of anything we particularly dislike about Bannerflow. We are very satisfied with both the platform, the collaboration, and the follow-up we receive.

The only thing we can mention is that we would like integrations with a couple of other tools we use today. That said, we know that Bannerflow is already working on developing one of these integrations, and we hope it will be available during the year. For us, this is more about future development opportunities than an actual weakness in the solution.

**What problems is Bannerflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bannerflow solves a very concrete and important need for us: being able to produce more creative assets, faster, and at a lower cost. We now have a completely different production capacity than before, because we can create, adjust, and launch assets internally without having to rely on an external advertising agency for every single change or campaign.

This allows us to be visible when it matters most, and to respond quickly to market needs and business priorities. At the same time, we save significant costs related to external production, while also gaining better control over speed, quality, and messaging.

Overall, Bannerflow has made us more efficient, more flexible, and more proactive as a marketing team. We are extremely happy with the solution and look forward to using even more of the platform going forward.

**What do you like best about Bannerflow?**

It’s great that all creatives can be produced in one place. I also like the option to run dynamic ads through feeds. The connection to DV360 for standard display ads is easy to set up and saves us countless hours of uploading and managing ads. On top of that, the ad scheduling feature is useful and straightforward. The support is 10/10

**What do you dislike about Bannerflow?**

It’s often buggy, and even simple tasks become frustrating when I get logged out or when creative previews don’t display correctly. The dynamic feed option could also be improved by adding filtering within creative sets, instead of forcing me to create separate feeds for every different scenario.

**What problems is Bannerflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don’t have to upload new ads in CM or DV360 for every new campaign. I can access all the ad formats our designers create in one place, which makes it much easier to stay organized. I also like being able to create dynamic ads with the help of feeds.

Quick resizing, seamless video integration within the banner, a clear performance chart, and responsive support.

**What do you dislike about Bannerflow?**

When I upload a campaign to Adform, the loading icon keeps spinning for a long time, and sometimes I’m not sure whether it has actually finished uploading. In some cases, the banners show up in Adform even though the icon in Bannerflow still appears to be loading.

**What problems is Bannerflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick, hassle-free resizing for multiple markets. We also have video integration now (before, we couldn’t include videos in our ads). Another plus is that all team members can track the performance of the banners.
