So currently when you set up cadences it moves you onto the next steps based on days. If we could setup cadences based on task completion and time and then it would show the next one that would be a game-changer?
We'd like to use the Chorus transcription to check boxes, edit or add to notes fields, etc. based on what was said in a conversation. Something like "Check box if CDP or Customer Data Platform is mentioned", or "Add Company Y to Competitors field if mentioned".

As I mentioned before, there was a situation where a message was erased after viewing it and I could not find a way to communicate with the organizer of the message. I know there's a way for us to contact Mindtickle, but I don't believe it was an issue Mindtickle could've resolved.
While I know for a fact that my organization is using Chorus constructively and ethically, I'm wondering how other people explain what Chorus is / why you use it when people ask about it.
