
For the most part, my interaction with Box was mostly limited to document management and distribution within an organization setting. The documents that I mostly worked with included project files and documents that required simultaneous access by different department heads.
In my experience, what became easier through Box was that of managing and controlling who could access certain documents. It was easier to centralize the documents as compared to having them floating around through emails and even individual computer systems. Initially, permission settings might seem a bit complicated, especially if there are multiple folders and various levels of access permissions required by different teams within an organization. There will be a learning process involved when you try to find out who sees what and who is allowed to make changes.
