I like how I can create and customize workflows to adapt to my work style and daily office routine. While I think the customization options could be improved, ClickUp still has an advantage over other tools.
I also like integrating my favorite tools like Notion, Teams, and the best integration of all: Outlook. This way, I can turn various things into action items and streamline my work as a PM.The AI features are absolutely incredible. However, it's a shame they come at a high cost and require an add-on to my existing plan.

ClickUp's support and onboarding are definitely the platform's weak point. Paid courses and paid support, seriously? If you want to build cool things, you'll have to search a lot on third-party channels. What helps (a lot) is the community.

A capacidade de controlar as tarefas da equipe, o apoio dos super agentes para liberar parte das minhas atividades e a possibilidade de obter informações a partir dos dados que são gerados são aspectos que valorizo muito. Adorei poder criar uma mesa de tickets para solicitações a partir dos formulários e, além disso, gerar tarefas com as informações necessárias para acompanhá-las de forma clara e ordenada.

Gostaria que o nível mais baixo do sistema de pagamento tivesse mais coisas liberadas; por exemplo, que fosse possível criar sistematizações sem a necessidade de pagar mais.

So, basically.... what I like best about clickup is its all-in-one workspace. Yeah, where I can manage tasks, track progress, and collaborate in one place. I love the flexibility to switch between views like the list, board and calendar, this makes it easy to organize work according to my needs, I also like the customization options, that help me to enhance my productivity, by keeping everything structured and visible. That's why I would give it a 10/10

The main downside of Clickup, in my opinion, is that it can feel a bit complex for new users because of how many features it has. I also feel like it takes some time to learn, and to really get into a good flow with the interface.

What I like best about ClickUp is the flexibility and hierarchy structure. We use it mainly for project management at SocialX, and the way tasks, folders, spaces, and docs are organized makes it very easy to manage work at different levels without things becoming messy. The UI is feature-rich while still being manageable once you get familiar with it, and the integrations help reduce context switching between tools. I also genuinely like the pricing because compared to many other tools, ClickUp offers a lot of functionality for the cost.

One thing I dislike about ClickUp is that the pricing can become expensive as usage scales and more advanced features are needed. While it is still competitive overall, the costs can add up for growing teams. I have also noticed that the platform can feel slow at times, especially when working inside larger workspaces with many tasks and documents. Because the platform has so many features, the onboarding and learning curve can also feel slightly overwhelming initially.

As a PM I live in ClickUp all day. The thing I like most is how flexible the hierarchy is - Spaces, Folders, Lists, Tasks and subtasks let me model basically any project structure my teams throw at me. The custom statuses per List are huge for us becuase engineering, design and marketing all run differnt workflows and I dont have to force everyone into the same template. Dashboards with sprint burndown and workload view have basically replaced our standups for async updates, and the automations (when status changes to QA, assign to tester) save me probably 3-4 hrs a week of busywork. Also the recent AI features for summarizing comment threads on long tasks have actaully been useful, not just gimmicks.

Honestly the biggest downside is that ClickUp tries to be everything to everyone, and the UI can feel overwhelming for new team memebers. Onboarding a new PM or stakeholder usually takes me a solid hour of walking them through views, becuase there's like 15+ ways to look at the same data. Performance is also hit or miss - large lists with 500+ tasks and lots of custom fields get noticably laggy, espcially on the mobile app. Notifications are another pain point, even after tweaking settings I still get a flood of irrelvant pings and important @mentions can get lost. Lastly, some features feel half-baked at launch (looking at you, Whiteboards) and get polished over months which is frustrating when you adopt something early.

Before ClickUp my team was juggling Jira for engineering, Asana for marketing, and a bunch of Google Sheets for roadmaps and OKRs. Visibility across teams was basically zero and I spent way too much time stiching together status reports for leadership every week. ClickUp consolidated all of that into one place - now I have a single Goals view tied to actual tasks, cross-team Dashboards for our weekly buisness review, and Docs live next to the work they describe. Concrete benefit: my weekly reporting prep went from ~4 hours of copy-paste to maybe 30 mins of reviewing an auto-updating dashboard. It also made handoffs between PM, design and eng way smoother since everyone is working off the same task and comment history.

Podemos ter todas as tarefas organizadas em um só lugar: toda a equipe pode atualizar o status de cada uma e assim todos se mantêm atentos. Eu adoro a opção de dependências; uma tarefa não pode avançar se outra ainda não estiver concluída.

Em cada tarefa também podemos adicionar links, informações, documentos e arquivos, o que é ideal para ter tudo centralizado e à mão. Além disso, adoro a opção de transcrição de chamadas.

Outra coisa que valorizo muito é que podemos gravar a tela a partir da mesma ferramenta, então realmente temos absolutamente tudo em um só lugar.

A opção gratuita é incrível, até melhor que outras ferramentas. E a versão paga é excelente para equipes: inclui ferramentas e opções muito boas, e além disso você pode conectar seu Google Calendar, o que para mim é nota 10.

As someone constantly juggling complex academic research, design workflows, and technical studies, this structure is a total game-changer. It allows me to keep my different 'worlds' completely separate but accessible within a single app, which has significantly reduced my cognitive load.

While ClickUp is fantastic overall, the performance can still be a bit sluggish at times. Because it’s packed with so many features, the desktop app sometimes feels heavy. I often notice a slight lag or a few seconds of loading time when switching between complex views or opening large documents, which can break my focus when I'm in a hurry.

Also, the extreme customization is a bit of a double-edged sword. It works perfectly for me, but whenever I invite a guest or a new collaborator to a project, they almost always feel overwhelmed by the sheer amount of buttons and settings on the screen.

As a suggestion, it would be amazing if the development team continued to prioritize raw speed and load times. Furthermore, adding a true 'lite' or 'minimalist' view toggle for guests or beginners would make onboarding external people much less intimidating.

Before using ClickUp, my workflow was completely fragmented. Because I balance very different types of work—academic research, UI/UX design projects for educational platforms, and technical studies—I used to have my life scattered across multiple apps. I tracked design assets in one tool, wrote technical documentation in another, and managed deadlines on a spreadsheet.

I struggled heavily with context-switching and losing track of information. It was chaotic.

Now, everything lives in a single workspace. I can attach design files directly to my research notes and set clear task dependencies. This centralization has solved the problem of 'scattered data.'

As a direct result, I save at least 3 to 4 hours every week that I used to spend just doing administrative work or digging through folders to find links. But honestly, the biggest benefit is the mental clarity. I no longer worry about dropping the ball on a project deadline because I forgot to check a specific app. Everything I need to execute my work is exactly where it should be.

Using ClickUp is like upgrading your project management system from individual spreadsheets to an interconnected database powerhouse. It's the single most valuable asset at our company. It out-performs any other project management software on the market (I've tried them all). The task architecture is in a league of its own. The user interface is modular, which allows for infinite customizability. The integrations are robust. The pricing is a steal, especially being able to onboard different types of company seats. The support and community are like no other. And once you use the built-in artificial intelligence, it's game over.

The only thing I dislike about ClickUp is that there isn't an app dedicated to communication. It's great to have Channels to talk about projects in, but if you're on the go it makes it very difficult (and why we haven't completely replaced Slack yet). Another thing: when it comes to connecting with agency partners, there's just too much friction in trying to bring them into ClickUp (so we have to use Slack).

The biggest problem ClickUp solves for us is having all the work in one place, with as much detail as possible, and infinite data analytics and reporting. When the infrastructure is set up correctly, it's an absolute powerhouse. Honestly, what I like most about ClickUp is that it doesn't force my team into a rigid way of working, it adapts to us. The combination of Spaces, Folders and Lists with the different views (I switch between board and Gantt all the time) makes it easy to organize everything from a quick sprint to broader project planning. Customizing fields and statuses for each context was a game changer for me. The first few days were smooth, I didn't need to watch a tutorial marathon to get the hang of it, which is rare in this kind of tool. Day-to-day performance holds up well, and the API has saved me more than once when I needed to plug ClickUp into systems that don't have native integration, beyond the basics like Gmail and Outlook that already work out of the box. I've played around with ClickUp Brain a bit and it does help, even though I still don't use it as much as I could. The only thing that stings is paying in dollars here in Brazil, it's not cheap, but considering it replaces a handful of other tools and centralizes everything in one place, it ends up paying off.

The price in dollars is definitely the main pain point for those of us in Brazil, it makes the cost noticeably heavier compared to local tools, and it's something I have to justify every time I think about expanding licenses for the team. Beyond that, the notification volume can get overwhelming pretty fast, especially in busier workspaces; I had to spend some time tweaking the settings to stop getting flooded with alerts that weren't really relevant to me. Performance also takes a hit when the workspace grows, nothing critical, but you can feel some lag on heavier lists and dashboards. And one thing I really miss is Portuguese support. The interface has some translation, but when you actually need help, talking to support in English creates an extra barrier, even though when I did reach out the experience itself was smooth and the team solved my issue without drama. None of these are deal-breakers, but they're the kind of friction that, over time, you wish weren't there.

Honestly, ClickUp is solving pretty much everything for us. We're using it close to its full potential and almost the entire business runs through it today, projects, tasks, documentation, processes, team communication. It became our single source of truth, which was exactly what we needed. Before, information was scattered across spreadsheets, chats and a few different tools, and it was always a struggle to figure out where the latest version of something lived. Now everyone knows where to look, decisions are documented in context next to the tasks, and onboarding new people got way easier because they have one place to learn how things work. The benefit goes beyond productivity, it's the clarity of having the whole operation visible in one platform.

I currently use the free option, which is ideal for my needs. 
It enables me to keep track of my tasks, as well as set up alerts using the AI functionality, to notify me when tasks are due. 
The ClickUp team are very quick to get in touch with me if I browse sections that are in the paid version, which I may look into obtaining in the future.
It has a lot of features, which I have only scratched the surface of with integrations into creating different documents i.e Word docs, as well as a whiteboard feature to think through ideas for my more complex tasks.
The software is very easy to use, and I was able to get up and running with it very quickly and I have had no issues, performance wise, in going through everything I need to get done.

I love how ClickUp's intuitive UI has everything I need for managing my projects. The calendar integration helps organize tasks, provide accurate project completion estimates, and manage a specific backlog for each day's tasks. ClickUp's ability to integrate seamlessly with every tool, including using the API for task creation and Gmail, turns it into a database for everything my company needs, like inquiries and support tickets, and enables internal discussions for each task. I really appreciate the support team, and the initial setup was really easy as we started with just folders and Kanban, then discovered other features we didn’t know we needed.

It's got the perfect balance of frameworks and customization to help me be productive immediately on starting. I need some direction for how to organize myself, and the templates for almost every imaginable workflow were perfect for setting myself up on day one. But the fact that I can still  customize every field and create stunning dashboards and views that are bespoke to my business, make it astoundingly functional. The integration with my other business tools is also incredibly helpful so that I have a single engine behind my business.

I wish I better understood the limits of the various paid tiers. I will upgrade to a higher tier at some point in the future, but I can't rationalize that spend yet. This means there are features I haven't used because I only get two functional uses (Like mind maps). I feel like it could be useful to play with, but I don't want to waste my "trial" within the tier I am currently using on playing around in case I have a legitimate need in future.

It has become my business's central brain. I have spaces for financials, sales/marketing, delivery, operations, and I'm getting better at using it every day. The templates are incredible for the utility and increase my business performance exponentially because I can maintain all of my tasks and brainstorming product in one place. The ability to create dependencies within the lists and docs is unbelievably helpful for mapping my workflows. I like using ClickUp for data tracking and project tracking. It's useful for managing my video editing work with different phases, and I use it to maintain and manage the progress of tasks and to assign team members. The activity panel is especially helpful because it lets us comment on what's happening, providing updates that everyone can check. Also, connecting Google Drive to ClickUp is handy for searching files and photos. The initial setup of ClickUp was very easy, as it prompted me to input data about my work and goals, and overall, it was a good experience. Compared to Notion, I find ClickUp much better for use and organizing things. The ability to give a default view and pin it to show entire sections is a nice touch.

It is a really versatile product. I started with the free version for personal use, to capture my work experience and use cases. I have incrementally upgraded to business over the past few months and I now use it as my complete command centre - for work use cases to enable me to do my job better, and for a host of personal ones. It has become my go-to for everything, and I come up with new use cases all the time. I am now able to take support ticket information from Google sheets (which is exported from another tool as an email attachment), send it to ClickUp to create as tasks, linked to custom fields, and I can now create dashboards to monitor key metrics. I am able to ingest data via the API functionality to pull key project information from another PPM tool to bring everything together to have an overall view even though our company does not use ClickUp. It gives me a centralised environment to manage my work and personal life without using multiple tools in most cases. I love the fact that I can use custom fields, etc to manipulate it from being just a traditional task management tool, to use for just about anything. It's costing my a fair amount to use all this functionality in my personal capacity, but for the amount of value and organisation I get, it's worth it for me at the current price. Next step is seeing if the full AI bundle is worth it for me - I already have multiple use cases.

I wish I could personalise it more visually and really make it my own. I also wish the mobile user interface was better for dashboards. The layouts I create on the web or windows versions don't translate well at all.

Me agrada bastante a possibilidade de personalização das listas de tarefas: desde a definição do ícone e da cor de cada lista, passando pela criação de colunas com diferentes formatos de dados, até as várias visualizações que podem ser salvas. Isso me permitiu adequar as tarefas aos processos do meu negócio de prestação de serviços.

O chat dentro do aplicativo é uma ótima estratégia, pois mantém o time operando sem precisar usar outra ferramenta.

Em integrações, uso principalmente com o Outlook para disparo de e-mail quando uma tarefa é concluída. Com isso, consegui eliminar uma automação em Excel que eu utilizava para o mesmo objetivo.

O desempenho melhorou bastante desde que comecei a utilização em 2024 e, hoje, está adequado. O preço também está justo pelos benefícios entregues.

Com relação à IA, gostei bastante do Notetaker; os resumos ficam bem organizados e o acesso ao vídeo de gravação é ótimo para revisão posterior.

Com relação aos Documentos, eu adorei a possibilidade de manter toda a documentação dentro do ClickUp e cheguei a começar a usar esse recurso. Porém, no dia a dia, sentimos dificuldade na navegação: quando a documentação ficou muito extensa e com uma hierarquia mais complexa, o aplicativo passou a travar ou a demorar para carregar.

Outro ponto negativo foi quando precisamos usar o chat e, ao mesmo tempo, consultar a documentação; acabávamos tendo que trocar de tela ou abrir outra janela para conseguir acompanhar as duas coisas.

Essa combinação de performance e navegação também nos desmotivou a continuar usando o recurso de Chamadas.

Talvez, se houvesse uma forma de usar o chat em uma janela flutuante, a experiência ficaria ótima para navegar simultaneamente pela documentação ou pelas listas, sem precisar alternar tanto.

Outra situação que, neste caso, me incomoda bastante é não ter a possibilidade de cadastrar datas para serem excluídas do calendário de recorrência de tarefas. No caso do Brasil, temos muitos feriados ao longo do ano, o que acaba gerando trabalho extra para corrigir erros na atribuição de datas causados pela repetição das tarefas.

ClickUp is an excellent tool that covers nearly everything your team needs access to. You have project management, time tracking, team chat channels, document & file storage, collaboration tools, and the excellent AI knowledge base that helps you quickly find something buried in your history.
As my team works more in tools like Claude, ClickUp's ability to integrate with it makes workflow quick and easy inside and outside of ClickUp itself. 
I never run into any performance issues. and the UI is in a very user-friendly place. The latest (2026) version of the platform is very well designed.

The only thing that has bugged me about ClickUp is when it automatically adds you as a follower to tasks or chats that you don't need to be a part of, just because you were once assigned to them. This leads to a flood of inbox notifications and audio pings that can make me spend just as much time managing my ClickUp settings, as I spend actually working some days.

What I personally like most about ClickUp is how flexible the platform is for building custom workflows. We currently manage more than 600 clients, and before ClickUp it was difficult to keep track of project statuses, campaign launches, contract durations, invoices, and follow up processes across different tools.

With ClickUp we built separate workflows for our invoicing process and campaign management. For example, we created automations for payment reminders, follow up workflows, and notifications for expiring client contracts, which saves our team a lot of repetitive manual work every week. We also use dashboards and custom statuses to instantly see which clients are online, in preparation, paused, or close to their contract end date.

Another thing I really like is that processes can be adjusted very quickly without rebuilding everything from scratch. As our company grew, our workflows changed a lot, and ClickUp made it easy to continuously improve and expand our setup.

Performance has also been very reliable for us, even with a large amount of active projects, automations, and workflows running at the same time. Since we manage more than 600 clients inside ClickUp, having a stable and fast system is extremely important in our daily operations.

We also tested some of the AI features inside ClickUp, mainly for summaries, content support, and organizing information faster. Especially for internal notes and task overviews, it can save time and make processes more efficient.

The onboarding and setup phase took some time in the beginning, mainly because we continuously discovered new features, automations, AI tools, and integrations that allowed us to optimize our workflows even further. But in the long run, that flexibility became one of the biggest advantages for us.

For us, the pricing is definitely worth it because ClickUp replaced several separate tools and created much more transparency across our company.

Overall, ClickUp created much more transparency and structure in our daily operations and I would definitely recommend it to companies managing many ongoing projects and internal processes.

To be honest, there is not really anything I strongly dislike about ClickUp. The only thing I would mention is that the platform can feel a bit overwhelming at the beginning because there are so many features, automations, integrations, and customization possibilities.

You constantly discover new ways to improve workflows and build even better processes, which is actually a positive thing, but it also means that it takes some time until you fully understand all the possibilities the platform offers.

But now, with AI in ClickUp, I just type in what I need and voila, I can find what I am looking for at an instant.

Another thing is the Integration of Chat, Calendar etc. Before it was so tedious using a lot of applications while working, but now ClickUp seems to cover it all. So we just have everything in one place, no more switching of applications.

Click Up’s user interface feels overly complicated for people who just want to get in and use the software. We have 30 people using it, and many of them end up “lost” because there aren’t clear buttons or an obvious navigation path. A lot of that confusion seems to come from how subtasks work. Subtasks always show up as hyperlinks, but they don’t need to be presented that way every single time.

On top of that, links from notifications don’t take you to the exact spot where the notification happened, and they really should. Also, the recurring task functionality is terrible and needs a complete overhaul.

I find ClickUp incredibly useful for productivity, it provides both a bird’s eye view of projects and a detailed view for daily tasks. I love that ClickUp is built specifically for task management, making it excellent for team management and task tracking. The ClickUp whiteboard is great for mapping out visions and plans and I love that I can create tasks directly from it. The task views are straightforward, which I really appreciate. I also find the feature where I can command ClickUp Brain to create tasks in preferred views and formats very handy. Lastly, I love using templates in ClickUp for automating tasks.

Sometimes it is buggy. Like I have to close and open a task so saved templates in fields or checklist loads. I also use Notion and Trello, it is not as buggy when loading templates. Maybe it has issues with Chrome browser? I don't know. Minor though.

The interface is clean and team members have picked up the platform quickly. Being able to separate different clients into different spaces, folders and lists has meant everything is super organised and team members can be delegated access appropriately as well as inviting in clients where relevant. Each of the team members work in different ways so having the option to choose different views makes a huge difference to us.

Initially it was quite overwhelming as to what you really need so takes some initial planning. 

Some of the guest access levels can be quite tricky or confusing, especially as we work with outsourced suppliers and contractors too at different levels and can result in someone missing information they don't know they should have. 

You can track time, however you can't assign hourly rates to different people currently so in certain areas of our project management it falls down on.

I really loved how much customization it allows within my workflow. On top of that, the UI/UX feels well crafted and makes it quicker to generate tickets, move task statuses along, manage the dashboard, and stay on top of tasks. Overall, I really liked the app as my project management tool. The integrations like Gmail, Github repository are quite useful for connecting email content/threads and code reviews of pull request on each issue/task. App performance overall is quite well and pricing is also optimal. The way AI (Brain) has been integrated in the platform is good as well. Furthermore, the support and onboarding process is also good.

No meu caso, o problema com o ClickUp é a duração da sessão, já tive casos em que no dia seguinte tenho que iniciar sessão novamente.

Principalmente no meu caso, tenho duas janelas da minha agenda na empresa e às vezes não sincroniza ou tenho que dizer ao meu colega para apertar control + r para atualizar.

I love using ClickUp for my indie game development projects. It's easy to use, and I can quickly add tasks and access it on both my desktop and mobile devices. The free plan is amazing since it doesn't limit me, which is great because my budget is very small. I really like that I can create folders, add documentation, and manage tasks with subtasks and statuses which makes moving tasks between different stages like 'to do', 'in progress', and 'completed' or 'bug' really fast and easy. The initial setup was very easy too.

I hate that AI Tools are so expensive. I wish there was more free usage because that stuff is trained on our data anyways. I'm not stupid. I know how it works. I would also really like to see an integration with Unreal Engine because one doesn't exist yet.

UI / UX

The structure of Spaces and views is a strong advantage. I can separate multiple projects cleanly while still maintaining visibility across them. I mainly use List view for structured task management and exports, and Dashboards for visual reporting and tracking. Dashboards are particularly useful for building customized views that help communicate project status clearly.

Integrations

While I mainly rely on exports rather than native integrations, ClickUp fits well into our broader ecosystem. We regularly export data into tools like SharePoint and Jira. The export functionality is reliable and flexible, which makes cross-platform workflows manageable.

Performance

Performance is stable in day-to-day use. Dashboards may take a few seconds to load when changing filters or time ranges, but this does not significantly affect usability. Exports are consistently fast and dependable.

ClickUp Brain exists as an AI layer for summarizing tasks, generating content, and assisting with workspace insights. However, in practice, it feels similar to external AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini, rather than a deeply integrated differentiator within the product itself.

The main issue I have with ClickUp is the UX friction in task management, especially in List view.

When dragging tasks to reorder them, it is very easy to accidentally drop a task into another, turning it into a subtask. Fixing this is not always straightforward, especially with permission limitations, and it can become repetitive when managing large task lists. The Favorites bar customization is also limited, which can be restrictive in shared environments.

Integrations

I don’t have major issues with integrations, but the reliance on exports rather than seamless native connections means there is an extra step when moving data into tools like SharePoint and Jira.

Performance

Performance is generally good, but dashboards can take a few seconds to load when adjusting filters or time periods. While not a blocker, it is noticeable in daily use.

Pricing / ROI

There are no major downsides on pricing or ROI from my perspective. It remains one of the most complete tools I have used for the cost and feature set.

It is very easy to organise tasks, and spaces, share with different teams, and the chat usage that creates tasks from there is amazing also. The navigation is amazing, it is cost effective for the business as we have one tool for all. AI integration is also a plus, helping us navigate through tasks quicker. Integration with google calendar helps the day to day in addition to task management. The app performs quickly there is no delay and if there is something wrong with performance in any way the support team is quick to help.

There is nothing really I dislike, one point that we wish we had was integration with peer to peer recognition, like with the matter app and slack, clickup is missing that.

ClickUp is THE best tool for my business.  Before it, I was navigating a very dark sea of random paper notes, my inbox, and my notes app on my phone as my "project management system".  With ClickUp, I was able to systematize my business operations and the best part of all is I was able to save a TON of time.  My most favorite feature is the time tracker and the ability to run reports on my time and business efficiencies through dashboards.  I love that this company is innovative and forward thinking, and I'm thrilled for what is to come and be a part of that in some way!

What I like best about ClickUp is its flexible, all-in-one approach. It replaces multiple tools by combining task management, docs, goals, and time tracking in a single platform, which simplifies my workflow. The UI is clean and the ability to switch between List, Board, and Calendar views makes it easy to manage tasks based on context.

Customization is a major strength—custom fields, statuses, and automations allow me to design workflows exactly how I need them. This has significantly reduced manual work and improved efficiency. Integrations with other tools I use also help keep everything connected without switching platforms frequently.

In terms of performance, ClickUp generally handles large task volumes well, and I’ve been able to manage complex projects without major issues. From a pricing perspective, it offers strong value for money considering the number of features included in a single tool.

Overall, it has improved my productivity, made collaboration smoother, and helped me stay organized without needing multiple separate tools.

While ClickUp is very powerful, the biggest downside is that it can feel overwhelming at times, especially for new users. The number of features and customization options creates a learning curve during onboarding. In terms of performance, I’ve occasionally experienced slight lag when working with larger projects or heavy dashboards.

Additionally, some advanced features are not very intuitive and require time to fully understand or set up properly. Although the pricing offers good value overall, certain useful features are locked behind higher-tier plans.

Improving onboarding, simplifying the UI for beginners, and optimizing performance for large-scale usage would make the experience even better.

What I like most about ClickUp is that we use it as a central hub to manage everything as a team. We organize our work by creating folders for each client, which keeps everything structured, easy to find, and clear.

I also use it to report issues, and the dev team can quickly pick them up, track progress, and keep statuses updated.

The status-based workflow works really well for us because it gives solid visibility into what’s in progress, what’s blocked, and what’s done. Overall, it helps us stay aligned and makes collaboration across the team much smoother.

So far, I haven’t run into any major issues with ClickUp. It fits our team’s needs well and supports our workflow smoothly and effectively.

Eu realmente adoro a interface e a experiência geral de usar o Click Up. É definitivamente uma ferramenta complexa, mas pode lidar com cargas de trabalho mais pesadas, como gerenciar conteúdo de mídia social, tarefas diárias, tarefas recorrentes e até subtarefas e sub-subtarefas, além de muito mais. Também gosto que posso sincronizar resumos do Google Drive no Click Up, o que torna muito mais fácil manter tudo organizado em um só lugar.

As partes mais úteis do Click Up para mim são a Visualização de Calendário e a Visualização de Linha do Tempo. Elas tornam muito mais fácil planejar e gerenciar meu trabalho, e ver rapidamente o que está por vir.

**O que você não gosta em ClickUp?**

Devido à sua complexidade, algumas pessoas precisam de tempo para aprender a interface, e outras — como minha equipe — acham difícil de entender. Alguns usuários preferem ferramentas de gerenciamento de projetos que sejam mais fáceis de usar e que lhes permitam organizar seu trabalho sem esforço.

A flexibilidade do ClickUp é a melhor, seguida de como ele é organizado. Eu adoro ter a combinação de uma plataforma de comunicação/chat junto com o gerenciador de projetos completo. Pelo que você recebe no ClickUp, o preço é muito melhor do que o que você recebe com outras empresas. A plataforma é rápida e eu adoro que tenho tantas integrações que posso usar. Ainda não precisei usar o suporte deles, então não posso falar sobre isso. Ainda não usamos nenhum dos recursos de IA apenas devido ao custo no momento.

**O que você não gosta em ClickUp?**

Minha única insatisfação com o Clickup é que a plataforma parece um pouco apertada. Acho que se os itens tivessem um pouco mais de espaço, especialmente na Navegação. Sinto que a navegação precisa ter uma fonte maior ou mais espaço entre os itens de navegação. Também acho que as abas para listas, chats e espaços precisam ser maiores e mais espaçadas.

A gestão geral de projetos é a principal coisa com que o ClickUp está ajudando nosso negócio no momento. O fato de eu poder ver tudo o que temos em andamento em um "painel" sólido é fantástico! O fato de que as tarefas se agrupam em espaços e subpastas para lhe dar uma visão geral de tudo o que você tem em andamento é revolucionário! Ainda não encontrei isso em nenhum outro software de gestão de projetos.
