**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

In this software it is  easy to handle all appointments and meetings while reading emails. it is simple in use as well as design customizable. This software learn lot of many business simply by amplifying the controls and features users have access to when monitoring when emails are opened and links are clicked. mobile app of this system is very user friendly app. 

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

Sometime control panel is easy to access and understand. setup take little bit some extra time. some e-mail showing small letters. this software does not have a feature to save searches and self-learning folders. sometime it take little bit time to load some e-mails. 

**Recommendations to others considering Zoho Mail:**

Excellent app, i recommended it.

**What problems is Zoho Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is cheap in price. security system is excellent. feature are excellent and ease of use. UI system and design are excellent. easy to understand by any user. now this time I am not using this software because sometime it is hard to understand to  figure out that domain mapping email address.

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

One of the upsides is that the mails is that emails from a desired person or individual can be marked or kept in a specific folder hence separated from the rest and easy to manage.
 Zoho email has a good search tool which helps the users to get the details on various files, attachments, folders and the rest.
The application also facilitates shortcuts usage which makes navigation much more easier.
 The application aids you reduce the amount of notifications you get. You just pick a folder to you would love to be informed and the platform  makes sure that you don’t hear about the other notifications.


**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

From my experience, the customer care or support is really lacking. we would wish that if you ask for help you get and instant response
The application is also limited to upcoming enterprises since its able to handle non complex enterprise processes.

This application is so great, it offers amazing features that are that helped enterprises grow from small to bid. It enhance easy communication experience to those that have already used. Give it a try you will never look back.

This application is used to enhance communication between people, organisations and businesses. I have realized that the application is fast and instant and has some great features that makes communication much more easier.

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

I mainly love the calendar. We can add each other in multiple groups and see each others planning for the day on it. This way we can easily see who has time to pick up an issue on gitlab or plan around it.

Being able to add emails to the calender also makes this a lot easier. 

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

I haven't really had big dislikes yet, in the 2 years that I have used zoho. But I guess if I had to pick something, I'd say it is the fact that I sometimes have to 'search' for certain options. 

**Recommendations to others considering Zoho Mail:**

Just try it out and you will love it. With all the other features zoho offers, there is bound to be something that makes your tasks a bit easier :-) 

**What problems is Zoho Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho helps us to check each other's planning for the week and adjust/assign gitlab issues based on that. It saves the trouble of asking around who has time.

Of course the main reason we use it is for the mail, but this sure helps to make me love zoho

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

The zoho mail is fully featured as you might expect from office 365 or google apps. I've used both competitors products before, and zoho mail works just as good, for half (or less) the price. Their web- and mobile apps work great and are easy to use. Setting up zoho mail was really easy, I just had to change some DNS settings and I was done. 
I use their light plan and it offers great extra features like multiple domains, exchange and imap support.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

The administration panel looks and feels a bit outdated, but works otherwise great. 

**Recommendations to others considering Zoho Mail:**

Their free plan offers a lot. Try it yourself. 

**What problems is Zoho Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't want to have my email at my hosting company. This way people can still contact me if my hosting goes down. The email Zoho is offering is also much more feature complete than a standard imap server. It offers contacts, calendar, tasks and more.

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

Zoho mail is quite helpful in many ways. With it's free email program, you can register on Zoho with ease and there are a lot of solid program options on Zoho for personal use and for small business as well. The best part about this mail is that it helps in connecting to various other email accounts and collects all the messages from them so that I can view them in a single inbox. Zoho mail registration not only allows you to get access to it's mail service but give you a pass to use various types of services offered under the Zoho Brand, which are also helpful in many ways. It's app is so nicely designed, it is also nice feature of zoho mail.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

The thing I dislike the most is that zoho mail does not allow me to import contacts to the contact list of my mail from my social media accounts. If I need to add people from my social media directly to my mail by syncing them, then that is not a possibility for me if I am using Zoho mail. Zoho mail's UI is good, but it could be better in many ways like it's other counterparts. Sometimes UI matter so much.

I would recommend that people who don’t have a huge contact list can try Zoho mail. It is simply perfect for them. Big business houses may not find it as helpful. Zoho mail is a nice mail service, but we are currently not using it, because of our special requirements.

I've already explained, so many features of Zoho mail. Other benefits of using Zoho mail is that it has some great business based programs which are also free of cost.  Zoho projects and Zoho expenses are two of the most helpful ones. Since they are free, anyone can use them. There is also a chat feature for connecting to your personal contacts. Zoho offers so nice services under it's brand.

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

Zoho-mail is an excellent alternative to popular PO Boxes. Zoho-Mail primarily provides 5 GB of space for all users and, compared to competing solutions, allows you to add a domain to your mail, so you can also use your domain to handle mail. Zoho-Mail has a mobile app that will enable us to handle mail and a very useful multi-account feature that allows us to switch between different accounts to Zoho email easily. You can also view them all at once by combining your inboxes with push notifications. Plus, there's also an efficient anti-spam filter and the fact that the service is free of any advertising.


**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

One of the drawbacks for some users may be a small space in a free package.

I recommend Zoho-Mail to users who will create mail that will allow them to add their own domain for mail and will offer many features for too little.

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

Fabulous mail service that is clean, fast and offers better protection to its users against fake emails.
The lovable feature is that it is completely free of cost and having an ad-free email service. For me, it is very
advantageous as I am using my own brand name which makes it a professional one. UI is easy to use
and quite powerful. Moreover, very easy to set up and having advanced search options with email
retention and discovery, helping me and my employees to search for a previous email very swiftly.
Attractive templates, enabling one to use other features like calendar, contact, notes, etc. its mobile
application is awesome giving freedom to manage the business even when I am away from the desk. A perfect way to collaborate with my team.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

Alerts should be made for unread emails so that they can be removed to free up the memory. Only five
users can avail free service license with limited memory, to upgrade one has to purchase it.

Zoho is providing free email services for new startups as well as for previous clients. good customer
service. Strongly recommended app to all professionals so that they can achieve perfection in their work
just like me. Go for it without any second thought.

Absolutely hassle-free email tool for the whole team which helps to keep good communication with the

Zoho has excellent Support and their interfaces look great, they are always coming up with new features that rival G-Suite and O365. Their Pricing is also very affordable considering all the features you get versus what other big companies offer.

There isn't much not to like, but from an admin point of view their admin panel is a bit bland and hard to navigate for the first time.

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

I like using Zoho mail because it helps in blocking spam messages and sort out various mails with ease.There is a facility of shared inboxes as well. You can also recover data very easily. Data recovery is one of the best features that I enjoy about Zoho mail. Also, blacklisting and white listing is quite an amazing feature that I like about Zoho mail. It makes it easy to keep only those people in loop that are important and keeping those out who are simply spam.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

One of the things that I don’t like about zoho mail is that they don’t have the right kind of customer service. If you try to contact them, the replies and responses may be quite delayed and the problem you are facing might never be resolved. The contact options are not as required and even if you contact them, they don’t respond most of the times. One other things I don’t like is that they keep rising the prices of some very basic features which is quite disappointing.

I would simply recommend that if you use the zoho mail, then you will surely like the features. However, in case you face a problem, the response from customer care may be slightly delayed so it is always a possibility, that you face a little trouble there. You can try zoho mail, if you are finding an alternative of of your current email service provider.

One thing that has proven to be quite beneficial for us, overall is that monitoring of emails has become easier for me. The inbox sharing system has helped us a lot as well. Zoho email has a nice and easy to understand layout as well. So we were using Zoho email for our business emails as well.

Zoho Mail Provides lot of excellent features for users. Zoho mail provide secure IMAP connectivity. Zoho mail is very simple and straightforward. With the help of Zoho mail we can Lin our email to our website on brand name. I like Zoho mail the most because no bunch of ads and unwanted advertising stuff unlike others. The best thing about Zoho mail is the its free for use.

Although I like Zoho mail the most but I think they limit only upto 5 users for free services. Hope they will increase the limit.

It is a nice software where you can use your business email address either for free or for a monthly/yearly plan. Creating an alias email using this software is very easy and you get also many other useful features with this tool like calendar, contacts, tasks and many more. feature are excellent.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

Setting up your business email at the first time is the hardest to understand. Sometimes emails take a while to load completely and the size of the files you can upload is somewhat limited. Sometime there is a problem after upgrading the mail client.

Excellent app, i recommended it.

Its various capabilities delivered on its very flexible platform allow us to have access and control over all received emails, efficiently managed by their importance and duly alerting their arrival so as not to miss emails.

Your web version can be somewhat tedious to use on certain occasions depending on the size of the device, you need to improve the proportions of the page in the mobile web version.

This software has met our needs for improving email reception and we have solved many customer service issues, its price is very affordable.

The control of emails in the company has been considerably improved since this software was implemented, it has allowed us to be more alert to any email and prevents them from getting lost in spam folders. Previously, we had difficulties staying attentive to new emails, we experienced delays due to unread emails with important information, this has been resolved with Zoho Mail due to its excellent unread email notification system.

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

Zoho Mail is a nice software where you can use your business email address either for free or for a monthly/yearly plan. Creating an alias email using Zoho is very easy and you get also many other useful features with this tool like calendar, contacts, tasks and many more. The attachment filter is very cool to use which carry out every picture and PDF present in the inbox of the user. It has spam filter too which works as a security guard to the user inbox.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

Setting up your business email at the first time is the hardest thing I have gone through. It was very much complicated then I contacted customer service and they helped me very much. Also the designing and layout of the zoho mail is not very beautiful, it is a little bit outdated which I think should be updated.

**Recommendations to others considering Zoho Mail:**

Zoho Mail is a perfect match for my business and it also handles very well our business mails securely by 256-bit encryption, so it is recommended by me.

I am a daily customer of Zoho mail and this app is really doing a fantastic job for me and my industry. This tool has everything which is needed by every industry, and it one of my personal favorite feature- to schedule a mail before time that when it has to be sent. Also the customer service team is very helpful and responsive too.

In particular it's a good deal to operate with zoho, although there are many different ways to get zoho to be an excellent service provider, I assume the mobile and web apps are the strongest for multiple options or, on the contrary, it gives you the free option of managing the company's business mail .

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

The software user interfaces are not especially beautiful because Zoho Mail design is functional and simple. A simpler, streamlined user interface would be good but neither do I complain.

**What problems is Zoho Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The product's value is huge. Although it is not the greatest e-mail function or quality, I find the model to be much better than the others. Access to further Zoho office applications may be useful if you need to separate documentation and information for multiple purposes (work, personal information, etc.).compatibility or office software for more expensive Google and Microsoft alternatives.

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

I love it that it can be used to link or create a business email using your business or domain name.
It's great coz there is a web interface with same functionality as the smartphone counterpart for its email application.
It's amazing because within the email application there are other features you can fully utilize such as notes, calendar, tasks, even tagging for quick and easy reply to others within the same organization or using the same domain name.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

I don't like the fact that they have not limited the free users for each domain to 5 only for the free service which used to be 25 maximum, guess they didn't earn that much then, just sad for small businesses like us.

Highly recommended!!!
Trust me, you're gonna love it.
On tight budget but need professional and email associated with your business name or domain name, then Zoho Mail it is!

Zoho Mail is a great help for small scale businesses who want to have an email with their official domain name associated in the email instead of the generic gmail or yahoo. With Zoho Mail, even small businesses can level up and looks very professional.
There are other helps that Zoho Mail can provide such as taking quick notes while reading emails, or maybe just a certain thought came in that you don't wanna lose, while reading or replying to emails, it easy and already there, you just have to click or tap it. Same with tasks and calendar. Likewise tagging is a great additional feature.

Zoho provides a lot of functionalities out of the box for nearly free (upto 5 mail accounts) for any business who wish to get started with email hosting. The admin panel is very powerful along with variety of features to help manage your users , generating passwords , handling of IMAP/POP3 with many other wonderful features. You can use multi factor authentication too out of the box + use of mobile admin app to manage most of the things set this service as a go to. And yes the use of tabs is the most unique feature I really loved about zoho.

The settings are very much difficult to manage & bit complicated as well. There are lot of moving parts in the interface & using them efficiently is still a pain with its interface. The mobile application offered has very limited functionalites & the worst part is not able to desktop signatures & on mobile apps which is just very bad implementation on zoho's part.

The best I have tried. And now I am using it for good.
It is simple yet very efficient because are few other features builtin inside the email application itself which are available both online thru browser or mobile application. They have notes, tasks, calendar and even chat inside. Zoho Mail has free offer for those who are saving money like myself. But still able to use a professional email with my business name attached to it.

I barely miss a single email. The filtering system of Zoho Mail is superb, so I dont get headache of going thru several emails before getting to important ones. And did I mention that there is a bultin chat function within the email interface? and I can even tag people, so instead of writing a very formal one, I can just tag and do quick reply like a chat to an existing email thread. I super love it!

When setting up DKIM records, it can be a little difficult to figure out. Rather than having an extensive guide on how to do it, i had to google solutions. It also doesn't have all domain suppliers listed (in my case namecheap) which is one of the biggest providers out there.

It allows you to host up to 5 emails for free which is awesome for a small company as it allows you to have a custom email without the large cost that comes with hosting a business email, as with other services.

Zoho mail does not have as many features as some other business email clients such as gsuite. It is more difficult to do other tasks that are available within gsuite and use features like text editing, data entry, etc. Also, because the user base is not as high, it is harder to use the software for collaboration.

I have recently implemented zoho mail in my site. It works awesome for me. since many of my emails have images and PDF files, the server interface is very readable and, as you click on your emails, the new windows are cascading and expanding on the right, which facilitates the rapid scanning of the necessary information. Additional applications and add-ons, such as Group Calendars, Streams, Tasks, etc., make communication really easy. It is worth noting that the customer service is excellent for the free service which is the one I currently use in order to be an excellent alternative. the best part of Zoho they offer best quality without ads in email.

I dislike a few features of Zoho like Inbox themes take a long time to load and it is not possible to import contacts from your social networks. Sometimes users signed with the app through mobile but during using the mobile app if you want to include your signature you will have to do it on the web.

Zoho Mail is free for up to five people which could be enough for a smaller business to run their domain hosted email on. The Zoho Mail email client is pretty simple to set up and use as well. There are anti-spam features, just like those of the main email clients. You can use this mail on your phone with the Zoho app which is an added bonus for anyone who checks their email on the fly. 

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

There is not much support for Zoho Mail, but it is not really needed given the resources online and the simplicity of this software as an email client which many people are familiar with. There are of course more features available in GSuite or Outlook, but this can be expected given that the software is free. When I first set up Zoho Mail, I had some issues receiving emails, but sending was always fine. The situation seemed to resolve itself on its own, so I am not quite sure what the issue was with this.

Whenever I'm using other email clients, it feels like every word I'm typing is being parsed and piped into a machine learning algorithm and then used to provide me with personalised ads that constantly creep into your private life. Zoho doesn't do any of that, it offers a privacy guaranteed alternative to the big providers whilst still offering the same great functionality. The interface is clean, minimalistic and intuitive to use and helps me with my daily process of reading through emails.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

My only issue with Zoho is sometimes it feels a little slow to load or receive emails than the other bigger alternatives, however I feel like this is a small price to pay knowing they're not making money off of targeted ads based on my email contents.

Dependent on your preferences, it may not offer the same transitions and animations that other clients offer, but I personally find that those slow my ability to process emails away and steal attention from where it's needed.

There is also a large amount of storage in the free version, especially compared to its competitors like Google or Microsoft. There are also no display ads within the email client, unlike Google's free mail version.

Zoho mail automatically classifies your inbox and sorts it into different folders, such as Personal Mail, Work Notifications, Newsletters, and also Spam, which it identifies as deftly as all the categories above. Other upsides include its simplicity and velocity and the fact that it allows you to create your own domain name so the company employees can each have a personalized business email.

I had a couple of doubts when setting up various custom email addresses and referred to Zoho's guide but found it quite unclear, with screenshots that went along with the explanations with bad image resolution. Not the best documentation for a program that definitely needs guided steps for certain things.

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

I like that the platform is Straightforward with a lot of options. One thing that I really like is the template building mechanics that are integrated. Very easy to design a really nice and professional looking template.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

I do not care of the inbox layout. Where is shows 2 - or 3 - in the field gets kind of busy. I do not really need to see the number of emails in the chain. Especially the reply emails.

Make the inbox and preview fields a little less busy

Getting in touch with people after they visit the website and the chat menu. We make contact and go from there.

Sometimes the buisness email seems to say that it's offline. Benefits I have realised are it's extremely user-friendly environment along with cheap prices on its features

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

We use Zoho mail and we are happy with the features are service provided by mail team. We found and utilized interesting features most of which we are still learning on a day to day basis. This is a power packed solution with contacts manager, calendar, tasks and many other features. We also use spam management system in zoho mail which filters our spam mails.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

Support is good but their turn around time can be reduced and there can be multiple levels of support. Product is huge and the features are unlimited with integration. features are unlimited with integration. features are unlimited with integration.

This is a solid emailing solution for companies with any size. Zoho mail has been our companion since start and it never let me down.

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

Zoho-mail is a mailbox with many features. First of all, ZohoMail offers a free plan with 5 GB of space to use your mail. Another advantage of Zoho-mail is the ability to add your domain. Another advantage of Zoho-mail is the fact that Zoho-mail has mobile applications available for such systems as Android/Ios. Another plus is the group function, where I can create an e-mail group and add users to an e-mail group with different permissions. It is worth mentioning that the interface is very simple to use.


**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

While using Zoho mail, I did not notice any significant dysfunctions of this solution, apart from the fact that e-mails sometimes load for quite a long time.

If you are looking for an email provider, you should consider using Zoho-Mail, because this provider allows us to connect to your domain.

Zoho Mail is a nice software where you can use your business email address either for free or for a monthly/yearly plan. Creating an alias email using this software is very easy and you get also many other useful features with this tool like calendar, contacts, tasks and many more. feature are excellent.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

Setting up your business email at the first time is the hardest to understand. Sometimes emails take a while to load completely and the size of the files you can upload is somewhat limited. Sometime there is a problem after upgrading the mail client.

Excellent app, i recommended it.

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

What makes me like Zoho Mail is the amount of internal organization this software has, which has boosted the speed at which I can get work done. I love the attachment filter, as many of my emails have images and PDF files. The interface for the server is very readable, and as you click on your emails, new windows cascade and expand to the right, making it easy to quickly scan the necessary information. The additional applications and plugins, such as Group Calendars, Streams, Tasks, etc., make communication really easy. It is worth highlighting that the customer service is excellent for the free service, which is what I currently use. In short, it is an excellent alternative to traditional email providers, offering you a quality service without ads.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

What makes me dislike it is that there is still no ability to manage multiple domain names in one account, which would be a feature I would like to see. And I also don't like about Zoho Mail that items marked as spam continue to appear in my inbox, topics take a long time to load, and it is not possible to import contacts from your social networks.

I highly recommend the use of this innovative and effective email client for all those who need a cost-effective solution. It is very easy to use and configure with good features to enhance your experience. Use it with complete security and confidence.

Without a doubt, this is a completely ideal email service for our company and also for personal use. Now I have my own "place" to host all my work-related emails, organize them to my liking, and share them with the rest of my coworkers using the Streams folders. It makes general communication between users quick and easy, and it is moderated to ensure it is appropriate. It is an incredibly secure way to create a platform for company-related communication, both with clients and with my own work team.

Email plans go as low as $1 per account per month or even free plans for a maximum of 5 accounts per domain. It is not only affordable, the interface also looks great, emails come in first enough and it comes with other services like zoho writer, zoho show for reading and editing email attachments

The zoho mail desktop client crashes a lot of times especially when the internet connection is slow or unstable.

Zoho Mail is an application that keeps your email professional by linking your domain name and for free (providing you limit yourself to 5 users). This can be done right from an enterprise level down to a small business level.

There is nothing that springs to mind when trying to conjure up a point of dislike. It functions perfectly as intended which is a great thing.

If you need to access your emails on the fly, this does the job perfectly. If you're looking for a way to link your domain to your email address for free look no further.

I'm able to represent my organisation professionally by displaying my domain name in my emails, both on in internal and external level. 

The quick notes function is particularly useful for jotting down important info on the fly. 

Synchronising your inbox across both PC/Laptop and Mobile Phone applications is crucial for when you need to send and receive emails but you're not in the office (Really, this is a massive benefit if you have to travel often).

Simple to use Zoho mail You could build many users and allow each user enough inbox space. The metrics feature can be used to monitor the way certain people use the inbox. It's a fun experience with Zoho email ,on Android phones is easy to set up, too.

You could open too many tabs and become frustrated when you seek too much. I hope this can be improved.

Zoho mail has a very neat user interface. It has a mobile application which is a big plus as you don't have to log into the web interface to read and send your emails.

The mail interface takes a very long time to load after logging in. The setup painfully takes long to configure an an email account to receive mail but sending works instantly
