What do you like best about Zoho Mail?

The best things about Zoho Mail is how user-friendly it can be. The functionality of the admin console within the mailbox ensures I can easily go about doing any task without having to log into some other portal. What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?

What do you like best about Zoho Mail?

Zoho Mail has simplified the admin control/console process in such a manner that I don't have to log in to another separate portal for performing my admin tasks, rather I can do it just from my mailbox. Adding unlimited e-mail aliases is what makes Zoho Mail according to me really easy to implement in our organization as we don't have to create separate e-mails for everyone, rather just alias to the main ones. What's best about Zoho Mail is that we can integrate it with other Zoho functionalities like the calender, notes and tasks. Due to this we can easily onboard our necessary requirements from a single space only, rather than being redirected to separate portals. Zoho Mail has been great at maintaining our privacy and even letting us to save our personal contacts. Well, whats not to like about Zoho Mail, really. I suppose the one thing would be that there is a little bit of a learning curve in the beginning, with using some of the more advanced options, but this is to be expected. What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?

Basically, we use the workplace to manage tasks and projects, but promoting Zoho Project as a separate tool is quite disappointing. Only offering basic Zoho Project options in the workplace and then forcing workplace users to upgrade to the full project is also frustrating. I believe that having a project and task management tool within Zoho Workspace is essential. I strongly recommend that Zoho integrates Project into the workplace to provide a more comprehensive workplace experience. Without the Zoho project, the workplace is really useless.
