You can also recover data very easily. Data recovery is one of the best features that I enjoy about Zoho mail. Also, blacklisting and white listing is quite an amazing feature that I like about Zoho mail. It makes it easy to keep only those people in loop that are important and keeping those out who are simply spam. **What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?** One of the things that I don’t like about zoho mail is that they don’t have the right kind of customer service. If you try to contact them, the replies and responses may be quite delayed and the problem you are facing might never be resolved. The contact options are not as required and even if you contact them, they don’t respond most of the times. One other things I don’t like is that they keep rising the prices of some very basic features which is quite disappointing. **Recommendations to others considering Zoho Mail:** I would simply recommend that if you use the zoho mail, then you will surely like the features. However, in case you face a problem, the response from customer care may be slightly delayed so it is always a possibility, that you face a little trouble there. Overwhelmed by Zoho Mail **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Abraham F. | Community Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2019 **What do you like best about Zoho Mail?** This mail service can be used on personal and enterprise tier, i've tried to set up my website's own mail service, for the first time i was overwhelmed by the amount of options that Zoho gives you, trying just the free version to taste their service, what i liked the most was the wizard, helpfull at 100% if you didn't know how to set up MX- records, or what they are, also, their help section is very good, consice, to the point and with pictures to help you out set up this, even though there are a lot options with zoho i think is a very good tool as a free option to personal or small business, once you've reached the set up the use of your mail and log in and giving others their account is not that hard, i'm still learning about it and hopefully to make another review soon with the premium option. **What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?** I´ve made a mistake in the configuration and had to delete everything and start all over because the wizard couldn't finish the set up, this was my fault but i think the wizard should be a little more friendly when you don't finish the set up, like sending you an email with a link to finish the wizard and don't get lost in the procces like me. **Recommendations to others considering Zoho Mail:** I sugest to pay atention to the wizard and the first configuration to your mx records so you don't get lost like i did, don't be afraid it's actually more easy than others that we've tested. **What problems is Zoho Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our web host didn't provide us with mail option, so we´re testing the free tier from Zoho to see if works for us and upgrade if neccesary. ### 17. It's relatively easy to get it up and running without the need of outside help. However, the reliability of Zoho mail leaves a bad taste in the mouth. There have been instances when I was certain that our emails have landed in the spam folder when sending out calendar invites to folks from other companies. The calendar integration is abysmal and there are no third party integrations out of the box. That is really helpful when sending important information to a lead who said they preferred email communication. I also like the ability to add signatures to the end of an email, although it is a little hard to find at first. You can customize your personal layout. **What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?** I could not add a template myself. The administrator had to add it and then I could use it. It got to be a little difficult to navigate and too much of a hassle so we never implemented any templates which would have saved me a lot of time. I also dont like the fact that when I sent an email through Zoho CRM it didnt automatically add to my outbox in Zoho Mail.
