**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

Not only is it cheap at $1 per user every month, Zoho mail also offers free custom email accounts up to 5 user. This is a good deal for trial basis and can also be a money saver for small startups that need to set custom email accounts which cheaply. The email client interface is actually pleasant and has different theming options for you to select

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

Setting up is a little challenging because of the different records that how to be set yet other platforms only require you to confirm ownership of a domain and take care of everything else

**Recommendations to others considering Zoho Mail:**

Zoho has the best trial plan which is actually indefinite for up to 5 users. Best Deal.

Not only do I have cheap custom emailing with zoho, I get to read and edit my documents received via email using zoho's office web apps

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

Very user friendly. So much visibility and advance search options. Calender, notes and tasks are also included. Moreover, the ability to integrate with external integration option like Dropbox, Evernote, Salesforce makes it more convenient The d All in all very good experience esp when used along with Zoho one suite.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

Initially struggled with changing the name and other personal details with regard to that Zoho email id. So not one click for that edit. It is easy once I got used to it.

Have patience to explore its various features and setting. Once you are accustomed. It will be a magical experience to work day in and day out with this software in tandem with other solutions of Zoho.

It is more useful once it is in syn with other Zoho apps like crm etc. The benefits are tremendous and seamless integration with other business app for Zoho. Automation is just one part.

for opening a business mail, Google charge a lot than Zoho,and now a days Zoho is expending their services.

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

Zoho offers free trail accounts up to I think 4 users with 1GB of storage. The pricing is very affordable considering you get to use other zoho servcies like zoho writer and other office tools to read and edit documents within zoho.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

I like having a desktop installation for zoho client, but the problems is it does not notify me of new emails. The only way I find out if I have a new email is after I open the client. It can be quite an inconvenience in case I take long to check if I have new emails.

Zoho mail might not be a very popular emailing service, but it's quite as capable as outlook and gmail

I love the mobile application best. Most professional emailing solutions provide mail.server authentication details for you to be able to read and send emails on a mobile phone. But Zoho mail has mobile applications plus desktop applications for managing the emails hosted at zoho without having to log in through the website everytime.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

The Web interface as a bit heavy and takes long to fully load. It has way too many features that distract from the main email features

Zoho mail is relatively cheaper than Outlook and Google mail for hosting custom emails while offering relatively similar services

Zoho mail is cheap as an email hosting platform. Intact they offer at least 5 free custom email accounts and 30 emails per domain on a trial basis for about 3 months.

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

Zoho offers a very good email solution which comes with many features that suits people like me, who are from small business. They have a very affordable pricing model and they offer pro level email features. Ability to add custom domain and easy to manage and blacklist/ whitelist senders based on emails and domains. Comes with mobile apps so you never miss any mail. Ability to integrate with various 3rd party apps and services.

Been a happy user and I have got nothing to dislike using zoho mail platform

It is a very powerful professional emailing platform. I recommend it specifically for startups and individuals with limited budget.

Managing business emails with ease and integrating with 3rd party apps are problems that I have solved.
I can easily integrate with email clients like Microsoft Outlook and Mozilla Thunderbird.

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

Zoho mail is an amazing addition to any unlimited email account such as hotmail, Gmail. I liked the fact that it allows you to use someones advertising web address even as an unlimited user is email. The screen and mail place have such a user interface which is very clean and quick to load. Can be quickly added to every email application utilizing really strong SMTP. Comes so easy to maintain mailbox whilst also travelling with app editions. And the quality of updating is practically low. I also want to note the possibilities for whites listings where I can permit or ban addresses, or also domain level.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

Zoho Mail recently raising the amount of mails they will have for the simple edition. You could have used 5 free emails as an initial fee at 5 GB apiece pretty early. Hope you don't dilute when they are famous their free apps.

**Recommendations to others considering Zoho Mail:**

Zoho Mail is strongly recommended. A coworker and a friend suggested it to me but ever since, I can't actually think how happy and thankful and unhappy I am with my email. I do use free service, by the way. How not, though!

I have a few sites on the internet for them, but has produced many other email addresses. This route, I don't have to send away my main site phone number. I haven't ever wanted anything than a free rate.

Zoho mail integrates with a large amount of apps. You have up to 5 mails that are for free. The clients user interface is userfriendly and employees find it easy to navigate through. The signing up procedure is really easy, just follow the procedure.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

The storage limit is a little bit low, sooner or later you will find yourself having to buy upgrades in order to continue using the software.

Zoho is a great alternative compared to the other major players on the market. Even the premium version with more storage is in comparision quite cheap. The client has a nice ui and is easy to use. Employees found it really easy to switch from outlook to zoho mail.

We did not wanted a Microsoft or Google mail client so we stumbled upon zoho mail. It has everything you need as a Mail provider. It is easy to handle and gives you a lot of features.

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

ZohoMail is a very good e-mail client. It's a basic or free introductory version. It offers 5 GB of free email storage. You may control the email service via webmail in the free variant. You may download a ZohoMail app from your Android phone or stay in touch. It offers almost all functions, such as a reminder of shipment, confirmation of delivery, scheduled mail function, etc. This's always up and have never been down. Overall, it's a good thing to be connected to ZohoMail.

Recently, ZohoMail had already decreased the number of emails you can send in its limited version.

I highly recommend it for its features, quality and price of service. Its mail client never let me down.

It offers all the features that the mail client can provide. Excellent support via e-mail, phone, etc.  Best suited for start-ups, small and medium-sized enterprises that want to invest less in advance of their e-mail needs. Your payment plans are also available at a reasonable price.

Zoho Mail is an inexpensive enterprise quality mailing and mail management solution.
It offers lots of features and is very much affordable for small businesses.
It's free plan offers a lot and is therefore a great alternative to free email platforms.
I also like the fact that setting up custom domain is so simple and easy.
Lot's of integrations extend the functionality of Zoho mail.

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

Zoho mail is a good alternative to any free email service like Yahoo, Gmail. I love the fact even as free user it allows to use your brand domain name is email. The dashboard and mail area have a very clean and fast loading User Interface. Can be integrated easily with any email client using SMTP which is very good. Comes with mobile app versions so easy to manage mailbox while traveling. And the pricing is just inexpensive to upgrade. I would also like to mention about the white and black listing options where I can allow or block emails or even at domain level.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

I have been using Zoho for quite a bit of time to say I am fully satisfied with Zoho mail service. Never faced any issues and mail management is the best with Zoho mail.

The biggest 2 problems that I have solved is blocking spam using the blacklisting option available here and may email amangement looks fun to me with the android version.

For me zoho mail is a life saver. Very clean UI easy to navigate and check emails. I love the ability to integrate website domains with zoho mail.
Zoho is the very best alternative to common free email services and it offers many features. The best part it's inexpensive to use whether you use it's free or paid plans. Zoho is continuously improving and adding features. I also like it's ability to integrate using smtp port.

I haven't found anything to dislike with zoho mail. Perfect and best service to use.

Highly recommended email software with lots of features. The fun part is it's actually inexpensive even with the paid plans. So think no more just signup with zoho.

Zoho mail simply saves a lot of my time and money with the many features it provides. This also comes with its mobile app compatible for smartphones. They provide quick and prompt support whenever needed. For me checking emails and being updated has become fun. The one thing that i would like to mention here is Zoho mail provides me feature to blacklist or whitelist emails as well as domains for free.

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

More and more companies seem to be offering integration with Zoho, which is neat. The company seems to be adding more features and updates.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

Copy/paste behaves oddly. It seems to capture the html or css code of the text, not just the text. Even when you try to remove formatting from text, it retains hints that the text was copied, rather than directly typed.

There is a limited amount of storage space per email address before your email accounts become locked on an individual basis. You have to either delete old emails by the bucketful (not an easy task) or purchase additional storage just to gain access to your email account again.

Use Google instead, as long as you can implement your domain

One of our branches uses the built-in spreadsheet function to track upcoming openings and prospective candidates for those openings. My manager sync's the calendar with her personal cell phone, so she can see what's going on with the branches.

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

Zoho Mail is an excellent Email Client . It's basic version or introductory version is free . It provides you with 5GB of Email Space free of charge . You can access the mail service using webmail for the free version. You can download the Zoho Mail App as well in Android phone and be connected always. It provides you with almost all features like recall your mail, Delivery receipt, Scheduled mail service feature etc. It's always up and never down. Overall it is great to be associated with Zoho Mail.

Recently Zoho Mail has reduced the no. of mails they can provide for it's basic version. Earlier you could use 5 free emails at 5 GB each as an introductory offer . Hope they do not dilute their free features as they get popular .

Excellent Mail Service. I would strongly recommend it for all SME's or Startups for the features, price, quality of service . The Email Client has never failed me . I have been using it for 5 years now.  They constantly update themselves to the latest technologies and offer new features to their customers.

It provides you with all features an email client can offer . Excellent Support over Email, phone etc. Free services as an introductory offer by providing 5 emails with 5 GB space . Best for Startups, SME's who are looking for less investment initially on their mail requirements. Their price plans for paid plans are also reasonably priced.

The best thing about Zoho Mail is the free services. Using it is free. Though you can always sign up for paid subscription depending on your needs.
I like that Zoho Mail has mobile application for easy access to email, aside from the usual website access. The spam filter is very high and tight. 
And another great thing about Zoho Mail is that there are no stupid advertisements even if you are on free subscription unlike others.

There is nothing that I dislike about Zoho Mail. It is great and works great.

Want to save money but get the best email service? I highly recommend Zoho Mail. They offer free service but they don't limit you much so you can use your own domain or brand name and associate it to your email address to look more professional and again it is free!

**What problems is Zoho Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho Mail is an ultimate savior in many ways. It helps us a lot to save money because we get to use it for free. It is perfect for our small business to save money yet still function efficiently with email communication. Likewise, Zoho Mail saves our face. Even if we are using a free service, it doesn't limit or stop us from using our own domain name to be linked to our email address, and therefore, we don't look like a cheap business even if we are just a small one. Our clients don't look down on us. Also, aside from the usual website access, there is a free mobile application we can download and use on our mobile phone, which I love the most since, I often you to places and outside office to meet people and clients. So, even if I am not in front of my computer, I don't miss important emails because everytime a new email comes in, it pops up on my phone so I get alerted and thus I can immediately check, read it, reply if needed or schedule it since there is tasks option inside the email and even calendar, great additional features for no extra charge!

Firstly, Zoho Mail is very comfortable to sign up and use. Second, it has an inbuilt calendar, tasks, notes, contact, and bookmarks feature, which I like the most about this app. Also, after sending the email it shows a tick mark to confirm that the email has been successfully delivered to the recipient.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

I like everything about Zoho Mail, else its user interface, which looks a bit primitive and congested due to so many features on a single page.

**What problems is Zoho Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Zoho Mail, we have been effectively sending and receiving business emails. We are also now able to keep notes, manage tasks, and access contacts directly from Zoho Mail that has for sure increased our work productivity.

In this software sometime email take time to load file and create some problem after upgrading the mail client. it does not run in good connections. sometime it is difficult to find some feature. it takes some time to set up work. sometime admin panel is difficult to find and it looks little bit confusing.

Zoho Mail solves our problem with our email communication. With the IMAP and POP3 capability, I can set up my email on almost any email application I want to use, even on my builtin email application on my macbook. I am not limited to just a browser to get access to my email or Zoho Mail's own mobile application. But their also works great and works effortlessly with my macbook native email application. Synching is so smooth. And the best thing is that we now have our branded email. Our email address has the name of our company so I have no problem using it to communicate with clients and customers, they don't look down on us. For now though, I am using the free version, but still works great. Just less the IMAP and POP3. But I can upgrade anytime as needed for less.

Zoho Mail is a great email application that allows us to use our own brand name or website name, so it is very professional.
The best thing about Zoho Mail that I love the most is that it is free. 
Even though it is free, I still get to enjoy other features like what i mentioned above that I get to use our own website name attached to my email, so I leveled up.
It is within the Zoho environment so no more many login credentials to memorize, just one only.
There is tagging option, so if I am emailing someone internally, using the same domain name or website name, inside the email thread I can just tag him or her and we get to email/chat right away, quickly, no more very formal writing.

I love it that you can use your own domain name to have an email linked to your domain or business name.
Zoho Mail is simply not just ordinary mail app, it has many features builtin within the website interface or thru the smartphone app.
Above all, I like that they offer free service for small scale companies with the need for maximum of 5 different emails using the same domain name. But if you need more, it is reasonable that you pay extra.
You get more like the tagging feature, instead of the usual reply to email option, if the receiver or recipient of the email is within the same organization or domain name, you can just quickly reply by tagging the name of the person. There is also a builtin calendar and tasks so you can keep track of your day to day taskings. If you need to take notes quickly but be able to get access to it anytime online or thru mobile, there is also notes within the mail app. There's so much you get with one application!

So far there is nothing I can think of that I dislike about Zoho Mail. 
Maybe they can add more users to their free service :) if they would be generous enough.
Since we, discovered Zoho, we have been using it for more than a year now and it's great, can't complain so far!

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

Zoho mail is the mail app which I needed and it is very easy to use and also it organizes your work, so it becomes more effective. It is very easy to send and receive the mails through this app and also it is accessible on both the web browser and mobile application too.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

Mostly I use mobile app and this app sometimes shows mail on the notification but doesn't shows the mail when opened. So it might be a bug. There is no con from my side but this issue should be corrected quickly.

**Recommendations to others considering Zoho Mail:**

Zoho mail is a nice mail application having seprate filders for every type of mail and notifications are too frequent to arrive, so it is recommended by my side.

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

Our firm just transferred to Zoho Mail for a cheap alternative to mail hosting for our domain. It works fairly easy and seems to be just as good as gmail and yahoo. The value that Zoho Mail provides is very clear once you start using all functions of the software. We pay for the premium service which include: blacklist, spam filters, custom groupings for sending emails, mailing lists, and a bunch of other features. The cost is on a per year basis and Zoho Mail seems to be worth every bit of the small annual fee. They offer both a software version that is usable on the desktop and  they have a web version that can be used without any downloads. They also have a mobile app that can make it easy to check your mail on the go.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

While there is not much that I dislike about Zoho Mail, the setup process is most likely my least favorite component of Zoho Mail. The set up process took our company  about 2 weeks to fully switch over from gmail. Secondly, the website version does not have much of an aesthetic appeal to it. Funcationality wise it seems to work perfectly but there does seem to be a bit of a lack of design within the website version of Zoho Mail. These are not large issues when comparing he value you get with the software overall.

If you are looking for a cost effective way to email host, Zoho Mail will certain get the job done and be even better than expected.

Zoho Mail helps solve the problem of mail hosting with a domain for a low cost. It offers everything any business is looking for in a mail hosting service at a much lower cost than its competitors.  It is fairly easy to use so there is no learning curve  for employees that are new to the software.

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

It's possible to manage several inboxes/users with the free version. The client is loaded with functionalities and the mobile app works flawlessly. The first setup can be tricky but once you get it working, it will run forever. 

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

The mention feature, which can be used for sharing the message with other users, is quite confusing. It creates a parallel conversation thread that if not managed cautiously, can become messy quite fast. Also the search feature is not very intuitive, but once you get a basic understanding of it, it works well. 

**Recommendations to others considering Zoho Mail:**

Absolutely recommendable. Get yourself some time for setting it up and you won't regret the choice. It is far superior to most standard webmail clients.

We use Zoho Mail for our small business. It's a very nice, inexpensive solution which delivers everything we need at the level of other paid platforms. It's quite powerful and a nice solution if you operate emails under your own domain.

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

Quick and prompt registration to the service. In comparison to i. e. Google, where the process can be dragging, Zoho mail was set up to go in under 2 minutes.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

Not necessarily downsides, but rather I don't think it will stand out of the crowd. Where almost everyone is using gmail, Zoho Mail is nice, and visually appealing, but it's missing the inter connectivity will all the services Gmail has.  On the other hand, it can serve very nicely as a secondary mail.

**Recommendations to others considering Zoho Mail:**

It's a slick, easy to use Mail platform. Even though it lacks the features Gmail has (having all the Google services in one place), it can serve as a very good professional mail platform, especially in the cases where Gmail is not accepted, or not looking "professional" enough.

**What problems is Zoho Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing serious, but when I was testing the receiving period of emails, sometimes it was taking several minutes to receive an email I've sent to myself (normally it should be almost instantly). On the other hand, the interface is very appealing.

Zoho mail helps me to collaborate with my team more efficiently due to its robust features. I can make announcements, assign tasks, create events and can even share notes with my teammates which helps to keep a track of our day to day activities and get things done quickly.

I have been using Zoho mail for a while now and have not faced any significant issue. Moreover, there technical support team is available 24*7 so, there's always someone to help you out either by phone or email.

Zoho mail is not just an email sharing platform but even much more. It is a collaboration platform for teammates to discuss, share, explore ideas more quickly and efficiently. The features are easy to use and help to collaborate with your team easily.

With Zoho mail, I can get my email reviewed by sharing a draft before actually sending it to a group of people. Conversations are made productive and easy instead of the confusing replies and forward mails. Work is done in a more efficient way due to its collaborative features which reduce time and increase productivity. Also, one of the best feature that has benefited me is its privacy guarantee. The data is fully encrypted so, the company's documents are always secure and accessible.

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

Zoho Mail is the perfect alternative to things like Gmail. They offer a clean and good looking interface to users. Instead of paying a big cost monthly for a custom domain email with google, or spending very little and having to use something like CPanel which is definitely not the best looking, I can use Zoho for FREE and connect my domain to it and start using my custom domain email immediately. Not only do I get mail but a plethora of other things for free that Zoho offers that are all amazing services to help with small businesses like mine.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

The only thing I dislike about Zoho is the per month per user charge. Especially when it is around $8-10 for the lowest possible plan. It isn't necessarily needed as you do not really need 5GB of storage unless you've been using it for forever, but the feature to log in to the account using other sites is nice and only available in the paid plans. Still, the pricing for a per user per month is absurd, especially when you have a company with multiple employees who need emails.

**What problems is Zoho Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems I am solving with Zoho is a mail service for free while still including a well designed interface. It's inexpensive and provides everything needed with the free plan, however if you want that little extra you have to pay per user per month.

The best thing for the Zoho Mail is easy to configure  the email, it allows you to use for business, specially for the small business that we have. You can track your sales and it has collaboration platform which is I like most.

I think is the price, more likely is not good, If they have like a package for storage  for  the small business since we invested for this mail like our daily routine. it could be save more money.

Since Zoho Mail is one of our main business email that we used, it allows to use for the small business who can't afford the premium. Sometimes, it really bother to upgrade for the storage for the email. I think for the email hosting service has the  SECURE for the our small business. what matters is  that Zoho Mail is perfect to a small business that who can't afford for the premium.

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

For hours I can read Zoho Mail's strengths and why I like it so much. I'm going to start by praising the user interface, it's one of the greatest I've ever used and it doesn't have anything to fear. It has all the choices you're searching for in post, adding files has never been so simple, and the best thing about it is that it has a tab where you've sent or retrieved all the data. It has excellent mobile apps that allow you to check your mail and work perfectly with great quality. Applications for user and configuration management as well.   Simply the best choice for managing business communications to small and large businesses.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

There's really nothing you should worry about when you can set up a free email server and do whatever is planned.

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

 I use this daily and it's valuable. It is totally different from my website hosting email and with a few features on the server & on my domain registrar, my mail was set up. I use it on my in house computer/devices or I can also login and work with email on the web. I set up folders, filters, blocks, and love that I can make an alias email to give out if I don't want a person to have the real email. 

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

It seems like my email sometimes appears to be offline in my computer application. It is very brief but it happens. The more recent setup for anti-spoofing feature were difficult to set up and I had to contact support for help, their instructions were incorrect (but, like I said, they did help me and were eager to please). The spam filtering feels small. I can only restrict emails/ domains. 

**Recommendations to others considering Zoho Mail:**

The costing of running a full premium parts are a setback to most of small and micro scale components. The firm does provide great lots of feature even at no cost of cost but the entire pricing stops such enterprises to buy premium plans, thus lowering the inflow of such paid customers.

**What problems is Zoho Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since I am a user and suggest this to my clients, I would say it's worth it, even with the spam stuff. Junk mail will be difficult no matter what. The interface is good and I do notice they are always working to make improvements and upgrading things

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

Ability to move up and work as a team is the most useful benefit of Zoho Mail. On use I did find: 1. The Administrator can be a team can be many people. 2. Role set up and Employee Addition, even with custom roles are very helpful for medium scale enterprises. 3. Has a good ability to make a company-wide policy for better adding of compliance's and related kinds of stuff without too much work. 4. The advanced and simple mode selection also helps for quite a good lot of employees. 5. The email verification details in every email are quite a useful feature that will save time from spams not available in the suite and likewise applications to Zoho has.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Mail?**

One of the most not useful parts of the software is the streams feature. You can compare this to an email client trying to merge email with their own version of social apps. For those looking for a feature such as this it may not be a huge issue for you, however I run IT for 100 users and not a single user wants this feature, the tough thing being is it comes turned on by preset. Shut it off you say? If it were that easy I wouldn't be so mad by it.

Make sure to take time to learn all the features of the application. Its very useful to know what you are doing.

**What do you like best about Zoho Mail?**

Wow! I have to appreciate the fact that the app is so responsive. It is very easy to update and has a user friendly interface.  The login process is swift which makes it cool. Why cant we then talk about the filtering ability! This mail has the night mode ability, Huh! my eyesight is saved. We have enjoyed the Zoho Docs feature in creating our work. Great one

I do not the fact that it takes a lot of data to use it. Most times i get myself in a position of stepping up my data plans or wait till i reach a WiFi connected area.The forward option does not work well, it turns back to the previous step when sharing. Then i have always got problems with zooming which i find a requirement you should handle.

You just do not have to think of anything when it comes to online communication. Zoho Mail is the real deal. You will be a ta freedom to enjoy a document programme Zoho Docs, various shortcuts to ease your unopened emails but also the night mode experience where the light intensity is according to the time you are using it. Give it a shot today...

Our company communication problems have been solved. We are able to share a lot within a single click. We are solving the communication delay challenges using ZohoMail.  Our presentation quality has improved because we together contributed towards a group presentation at times of our convenience.
