Zoho Cliq Reviews & Product Details

It's a perfect app with all features loaded in it for professional communication between peers and especially their audio and quality during conferences is too good. A good alternative for Slack and G Suite. The integration is very easy and their support team is wow! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI is not that great, the colors used in the app are not that user-friendly. Also, it is a bit costly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy to use. Creating groups in this is simple like WhatsApp. Video & audio calls make it easy. File sharing is also easy with just drag & drop feature. It also has emoji, stickers & meme page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Heavy file sharing took a lot of time on Cliq. In Cliq calls, many times the call gets on hold and reconnecting status. It has some connection bug issue I guess. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The nicest thing about this program is that it has a very clear user interface and plenty of features that are extremely useful for office purposes, such as simple team communication through chats, channel creation, video calls and phone conversations, quick file sharing, and so on. Zoho Cliq operates just like any other private messaging service, with statuses to let your coworkers know when you're busy or in a meeting, and it even syncs with Zoho Meeting and updates when you're on a call Cliq, which has a GIF sending tool, may make communicating with others more enjoyable; it also links with the rest of Zoho. Cliq calls might be sluggish and confusing at times, and even when alerts are enabled, they don't display instantly if you're using a different browser or program, one feature that might be enhanced is the video calling and conferencing capability; perhaps it could be more dependable and lag-free. It would also be nice if Outlook integration tools for scheduling and maintaining a calendar could be included. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was easy to integrate. Customer Support is available on the chat & email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The mobile app is a bit cluttery, also mail and cliq has separate apps, if they would bring it into the same umbrella it would be even better. The search engine can be a bit better too. Otherwise its been super stable and no issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
