Zoho Cliq is easy to use, integrate and it feels like we are on a standard Messaging Software. The best thing is that it supports minimum software requirements and provides a Web-based Interface too. Its customer support is active and helps the consumer. I personally found Cliq's message entering input box a little annoying as if a user hits enter it sends the entered text but generally in other messaging apps enter means new line and in Cliq it is supported using alt+enter but general non-tech people find it annoying.
