It helps with daily communication across the team, but it also supports calling, multiple audio calls, and easy sharing of data files within the team. In terms of ease of use and ease of implementation, it stands out as user-friendly and quick to adopt. It’s something we use frequently, almost daily, which shows how well it integrates into our work. The platform offers a good number of features that meet most of our team’s needs, and it also scores well on ease of integration with other tools we use. Using the platform makes it easy to share files with others and have important discussions across different channels. The implementation is straightforward enough that both technical and non-technical users can understand it. Although their customer support is excellent, I haven't encountered any issues that required me to contact them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
