Another helpful thing about the software is the consistency in exceeding expectations in the aspect of professionalism and customer service. The pricing of this software is fair and transparent clearly adding up for the value. Although, the connection speeds fluctuates and sometimes take longer than expected but the exceptional features of the software more than compensates for it. **What do you dislike about Z Workforce?** During my experience with Z Workforce, I encountered not too many downsides of which the only one I encountered was slow speed towards the connection of the Internet. **What problems is Z Workforce solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of many problems Z Workforce has solved for my team and i is mainly team management, it helps my team and I work better together and more efficiently. Another problem which Z Workforce has greatly solved is the aspect of Field Management Reports and tasks management. ### 2. That goes with payroll. **What do you dislike about Z Workforce?** The least helpful thing is that there arent any notifications informing you that tells in real time whether or not a job was completed and arrival end times notices. **What problems is Z Workforce solving and how is that benefiting you?** Team management is the main problem Z Workforce helps me solve and with all the in app tasks and reporting being done it really helps to mange each and everyone of our team. ### 3. Training support is also not available as videos. **Recommendations to others considering Z Workforce:** Please evaluate pros and cons for this software before making a purchase decision. Some essential modules like contract management and bills management are missing while some modules are very basic in nature. Get a demo and a free trial before procurement. **What problems is Z Workforce solving and how is that benefiting you?** Field Service Management and managing productivity and efficiency of our workforce using Service History Tracking, Routing, Contact Database, Work Order Management and more.
