**What do you like best about Z Workforce?**

Very useful for record keeping performance for field sales agents, collecting data around activities and performance, and generate indicators for business decisions.

**What do you dislike about Z Workforce?**

No support for Inventory and contract management and poor customer support. Training support is also not available as videos.

**Recommendations to others considering Z Workforce:**

Please evaluate pros and cons for this software before making a purchase decision. Some essential modules like contract management and bills management are missing while some modules are very basic in nature. Get a demo and a free trial before procurement.

**What problems is Z Workforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Field Service Management and managing productivity and efficiency of our workforce using Service History Tracking, Routing, Contact Database, Work Order Management  and more. We have been able to generate 20% improved efficiency for the same using this platform and enhanced collaboration and communications across all our field staff.
