What do you like best about Easyence?

I have some good things to say about Easyence’s CDP for the marketing team. Its data gathering and integration of customer data from multiple sources make data management easier and improves our customer classification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Easyence?

It is still somewhat restricted in its ability to decide report formats and styles of data representation. The problem with using Easyence is that it is largely generic and does not afford the user very much flexibility to customize their reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Easyence?

I really enjoy the way that the customer service representatives had tried to build close relationships with their customers. They tried to help solve whatever problems they were given and tried to troubleshoot the issues. usually the problems were resolved very quickly and were able to make any changes to the system. They were very helpful in trying to pinpoint the issue right away. Sometimes, it did take additional people to try and determine what the problem was. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Easyence?

Although the customer service was great, it did sometimes take a while for the reps to figure out exactly what the problem was. Once the problem was pinpointed, it was solved relatively quickly. However, getting to the problem sometimes could take a while. The customer call service was otherwise very friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
