**What do you like best about Yonyx?**

Yonyx is most helpful for troubleshooting guide. The dropdown and display placeholder feature is excellent.
Tools that I used is Schema and it is quite above better than its competitors.

**What do you dislike about Yonyx?**

Multiple choice quiz section need to be developed.
The customer self service need to be developed and it could be better if it's retention power will be greater.

**Recommendations to others considering Yonyx:**

It is incredibly useful software.

**What problems is Yonyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of customer retention call script and customer survey guide is developed and I become more productive by using this and bussiness performance increased thrice fold.

**What do you like best about Yonyx?**

The layout is visually appealing, easy to use & navigate. Yonyx customer service is top notch and far beyond knowledgeable on the system. The step by step guides made my job easier.

**What do you dislike about Yonyx?**

Could be a little bit more accessible on the back end as far as integration with other programs goes and the tool bar is a bit cluttered even though full featured.

**What problems is Yonyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yonyx has helped me answer calls more quickly and updating information in real time. It allows for a more seamless customer experience on both ends, as well as great management of customer feedback.

I like that it can be used for many business areas.

**What do you dislike about Yonyx?**

It can be a bit cumbersome to set up, at first.

**Recommendations to others considering Yonyx:**

I would suggest utilizing all of the help articles and support when setting up for the first time.

**What problems is Yonyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used it as a self-help troubleshooting guide and it was great. Branching allows you to dig beyond simple 'yes/no' responses.

**What do you like best about Yonyx?**

Easy integration with CRM system for seamless channel escalation. I am using this software primarily for troubleshooting guide for our product. it's gives best support to new client. it is best application for enterprise admin to setup self help portal. it's also saving time for both labour costs and additional workload.

**What do you dislike about Yonyx?**

Yonnyx takes time to create solving some complex issue. sometimes admin page is not working properly. it's takes time to complete initial setup . in this application user administration portal is little bit frustrating. 

**Recommendations to others considering Yonyx:**

excellent app, irecommended it.

**What problems is Yonyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

this applications gives best support to new client. now this time I am not using this software because it does not solve complex problem immediately.
