**What do you like best about Verizon Voice Call Back?**

I love how user-friendly VVCB is and how easy it is to set up.  Super quick from start to finish, and the solutions you can implement are huge for customer satisfaction.  Any customer loves not having to wait in a queue, and this just makes it that much easier for it to happen.  Very easy to see how many of your customers selected a call back which helps us know how we should consider implementing this.  Overall a great product, I would highly recommend it to pretty much any call center.  The return on investment is great, it saves our customers and us so much time by not having to have them wait in a queue.  In turn our agents are happier overall because they're not having to deal with people who are escalated from having to wait on hold for so long.  Again, overall would highly recommend for any call center or business setting.

**What do you dislike about Verizon Voice Call Back?**

To be honest, there is not a whole lot we dislike.  The process of setting up can be a tad cumbersome, but that's really the only complaint that I have.  Overall not a lot of negativity towards this product, we love it.

**Recommendations to others considering Verizon Voice Call Back:**

If you have a call center or office that you find struggling with hold times, I would 100% recommend this product.  It really is a life saver and a must have.

**What problems is Verizon Voice Call Back solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Long hold/queue times are the biggest problem we are solving.  Customers love the option of receiving a call back so a lot of them opt for this instead of waiting in a queue.  It makes queue management easier and is a lot less stressful for our employees.  The price can be a bit steep but that wouldn't stop me from recommending this.

The best thing is when a customer calls in and there is a long wait there is the option for them to provide their # for them to get a call back and saves their place in line.

There have been times that the system, per customers, has failed to call them back.  Not sure if it is a glitch or an incorrect # by the customer?

**What problems is Verizon Voice Call Back solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can assist customers on their time and not rush through to get to the next call.

I like that you can save a space waiting in line to get a return call back.  I also like that you schedule a return call when on your schedule, which is nice. Compared to others I have not tried those others while waiting in line to get a return call back.

I think waiting in line for a long time is too much while the line is too long because you have other things to do. You do not have time to wait for a long period of time.

What benefits is that you can get a return call and schedule it back for them to call you on your schedule. I think it helps me be more productive.  My business performance has benefit from it.

While I was working as a secretary for a dentist office this product was amazing. For so long patients were complaining about insane wait times are but because of this allowed near to call them back without them being upset that they had to wait on the phone for a long time. This product made my life a lot easier and patient much happier.

When I was using this product I didn't have anything that I disliked about it

The tools is very helpful when it's about working with it, i really like the thing of not spending a lot of time finding out how does it works, that's a relief

Sometimes when working with it crashes and have a bad time when that happens cause I lose all the progress I made and starting again it's a little tired to be honest

It's really quick and useful it's not that hard to manage it's simply helpful and gets me to another level of productivity because of all of its advantages it comes with

There's not too much to dislike with this product and the complaints I have stemv from sometimes poor internet connection which isn't really the issue with this product

You do still have to hope they call you back and if you are busy when they call that can be a set back.

It's a good service and does allow customers to be happy with not having to wait on hold.

Usually this is regarding billing matters or questions on an account. A customer service rep calls back to handle those issues. Issues are typically resolved.

It was a little confusing at start up but I think that was more user error than a software issue

In comparison to other providers like CCI & CBT, I would say Verizon is better but rate increase is one pain area which needs some improvement. May be some customer centric plans would help

Our customers very obviously love the option for a call back. It certainly make for a better overall experience.

A few impatient customers seem to be bothered by this service, and the overall abandoned calls seem to be higher than I would have thought. Despite that, it is very well worth it!
