What do you like best about Verizon Voice Call Back?

I love how user-friendly VVCB is and how easy it is to set up. Super quick from start to finish, and the solutions you can implement are huge for customer satisfaction. Any customer loves not having to wait in a queue, and this just makes it that much easier for it to happen. Very easy to see how many of your customers selected a call back which helps us know how we should consider implementing this. Overall a great product, I would highly recommend it to pretty much any call center. The return on investment is great, it saves our customers and us so much time by not having to have them wait in a queue. In turn our agents are happier overall because they're not having to deal with people who are escalated from having to wait on hold for so long. Again, overall would highly recommend for any call center or business setting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verizon Voice Call Back?

To be honest, there is not a whole lot we dislike. The process of setting up can be a tad cumbersome, but that's really the only complaint that I have. Overall not a lot of negativity towards this product, we love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing is when a customer calls in and there is a long wait there is the option for them to provide their # for them to get a call back and saves their place in line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that you can save a space waiting in line to get a return call back. I also like that you schedule a return call when on your schedule, which is nice. Compared to others I have not tried those others while waiting in line to get a return call back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think waiting in line for a long time is too much while the line is too long because you have other things to do. You do not have time to wait for a long period of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While I was working as a secretary for a dentist office this product was amazing. For so long patients were complaining about insane wait times are but because of this allowed near to call them back without them being upset that they had to wait on the phone for a long time.
