I love how user-friendly VVCB is and how easy it is to set up. Super quick from start to finish, and the solutions you can implement are huge for customer satisfaction. Any customer loves not having to wait in a queue, and this just makes it that much easier for it to happen. Very easy to see how many of your customers selected a call back which helps us know how we should consider implementing this. Overall a great product, I would highly recommend it to pretty much any call center. The return on investment is great, it saves our customers and us so much time by not having to have them wait in a queue. In turn our agents are happier overall because they're not having to deal with people who are escalated from having to wait on hold for so long. To be honest, there is not a whole lot we dislike. The process of setting up can be a tad cumbersome, but that's really the only complaint that I have. Overall not a lot of negativity towards this product, we love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
