Avaya IP office is the high cost solution, For each and every IP phones, Analog Modules, SIP Trunks and Voice Mail Pro services we need to procure seperate licenses.

**What do you like best about Avaya IP Office?**

I remember using Avaya when working remotely for a US company. It's functionality was great and very reliable for me. I didn't have to pay attention to the connection or the stability of the service at all. All features works just fine and it was very helpful tool to communicate with clients and people in general.

The interface could be a little more friendly so many more people can be more satisfied using the product. Other than that, I think it

I worked remotely so it was great for me to have a workstation fully installed with my Avaya phone working with no problems. It was just as it was at the office somewhere else.

I have used this daily. I love that it keeps you connected to your clients seemlessly. To me this is one of the more advanced IP solutions. Easy to use. And effective for the job i do.

Just it being voice over internet protocol, on occasion you have intermitent dropped calls. But by far superior to other IP solutions.

**What problems is Avaya IP Office solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the need for any type of direct phone line. Also there is Avaya space that allows you to have one application for calls, video calls and even use of calander reminders. It makes my job so much more simple.

Almost all features require a seperate license and that has an impact on overall cost.

IP Office handles all our communication and we have no need for a dedicated Receptionist as it handles alll the call routing to specific users.
