As a sales rep, what I like best about Xactly Incent is the visibility and accuracy it gives me into my commissions. I can see exactly how my deals and performance translate into earnings without having to chase down finance or guess what my payout will be.
The real-time dashboards are super helpful, I can check progress against quota anytime, see how close I am to accelerators, and forecast my potential payout. It’s also great for motivation because everything is clear and updated automatically after deals close.
Overall, Xactly Incent saves me time, eliminates confusion, and builds trust in the comp process. I know my numbers are right, and that peace of mind lets me focus on selling.
It integrates with Salesforce because once a deal is closed it's updated in Xactly. I probably access Xactly once a day to track my commissions and how I'm pacing towards my quota.
It's very easy to use so I've not had to contact their support team but I've heard from our ops team that it was easy to set up and their support team is very responsive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
