I love that it is streamlined and we can reach candidates easily (no more using email or work phones to communicate.) The digital onboarding process is a dream, so much better than paper files & so easy to use. There are a few features that I have requested to be updated to be more user friendly and more relevant in our business. Still waiting on those improvements. For example, I can't hire someone that has an application that was archived (automatically by the system), they have to reapply completely and start the process again. I also admire how Workstream seamlessly streamlines payroll operations by automatically integrating new hires into the payroll system, making the management of employee timecards straightforward and efficient. I think Workstream is extremely easy to use and less expensive for the functionality. I use Workstream to recruit, manage HR and pay employees at three Tropical Smoothie Cafe's. I like how easy it is to create job postings, recruit and communicate with prospective candidates, hire and onboard. We have been using Workstream as our Interviewing & Onboarding system since December 2021. At the time, this HR system was used by very few Chick-fil-A restaurants and now it is the preferred system for our company. I love all the features it provides, including the e-signature feature. That saves so much time! I like how easy it is to set up interview availability, as well as communicate easily with candidates. We are grateful to have chosen Workstream and highly recommend it!
