It enables us to handle everything from job postings to applicant screening, interview scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups all in one unified dashboard. This means we don't have to jump between emails, spreadsheets, job boards, and calendars, which cuts out almost all of the repetitive busywork and lets us respond to candidates quickly.
