**What do you like best about Workelevate?**

For me as an end user, the best part is how easy it is to solve minor device issues. I just type in Teams and the AI Copilot answers my questions or fixes simple issues. I’ve also noticed fewer system slowdowns in recent due to its self healing feature.

Another big improvement is software updates. Earlier, they used to pop up anytime and disrupt my work, but with Workelevate, updates now run in the background without affecting my work and productivity.

**What do you dislike about Workelevate?**

It could improve by giving more details about its fixes, so I better understand what’s happening in the background.

**What problems is Workelevate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basic IT issues don’t slow down my system anymore. Minor problems get resolved quickly, and I can focus on my work without worrying about system performance or unexpected interruptions.


1- AI Copilot answers everyday questions instantly, so I don’t need to contact IT for simple issues.

2- Self-healing takes care of minor problems in the background.

3- Software updates happen in the background without any interruption.

I’ve been using Workelevate for a couple of months, and I would like to mention IT Copilot and its capabilities. Whenever I have a simple issue like a password reset or software glitch, I just ping the Copilot in Teams, and it sorts it out instantly. No need to log a ticket or wait for IT, it's super easy for me from an end user perspective.

Slight improvement needed in the interface section.

**What do you like best about Workelevate?**

We've been using Workelevate for about three months now, and the impact on our IT team's efficiency is up to the mark.  The biggest positive point for us is the AI Copilot. It handles common questions directly in Microsoft Teams, which has cut down on a noticeable amount of basic L0/L1 tickets. 

We are also using and impressed with the proactive monitoring in the DEX module. Getting alerts on device performance issues before the user encounters it. 

It’s finally allowing us to be proactive instead of constantly putting out efforts in solving common issue. The seamless integration with our existing ServiceNow setup was another major plus, as it just built on what we already had.

**What do you dislike about Workelevate?**

As we're still relatively new users, we're working through the initial learning curve. I think, some of the more advanced features, like root cause analysis, require a decent time investment to configure correctly.

**What problems is Workelevate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team was struggling with inefficient, reactive workflows caused by a high volume of low-level tickets ( like Password reset related tickets, network issue, basic device issues)  and a lack of visibility into endpoint performance issues before they affected user productivity.
There were many other basic tickets there; due to these tickets, we were not productive towards our work.
We are getting the following benefits: 

Reduced Ticket Volume: The AI Copilot effectively handles common requests directly in apps like Teams and Slack.

Proactive Support: Digital Employee Experience (DEX) monitoring provides early warnings for device health issues, allowing us to fix problems before users report them.

As a user, I appreciate the self-service nature. If I need a new tool or my local environment acts up, I can get help in Slack without filing a formal ticket or long wait time. There are some useful  features I like, such as VPN request, Software access and more

As a IT Admin would like to mention the RCA feature. RCA has been very useful for us in tracking recurring issues and fixing the actual cause. Also, AI Copilot handles common requests directly in Teams, which reduces ticket load.

Additionally, the platform is easy to use and integrated well with our ServiceNow setup and customer support is also up to the mark.

As a newer admin, the depth of the platform is apparent. While the initial setup was quick, mastering the more advanced automation and root cause analysis will require a dedicated time investment.

This is one of the time-saving features for us.
Another standout feature is the detailed asset inventory. It allows us to track software license compliance easily and quickly identify any unauthorized applications, which gives us confidence in our environment's integrity.

I’ve noticed a slight lag in the system. Also, I would suggest increasing support and offerings for macOS and other devices as well.

Automated patching and compliance reports have replaced our previous manual process, which often resulted in errors and data complexities. Now, we use a single dashboard to track assets and send out important software updates without interrupting anyone.
Another big plus I would like to mention is the self-healing feature, which has cut down on the number of support tickets for common device issues.

Before collaborating with Workelevate, even small IT issues needed our people to raise tickets and wait for the cocerned department to work on it and fix it, which a few times took around 3-4 working days to get reolved. 

Now, most of that is handled through self-help, and employees fix things on their own in minutes. It's made a big difference in how efficiently it made things easier and more robust for our people and took care of our heavy ticket concerns. We've also seen a significant boost in employee satisfaction, which we can track through our platform.

It makes me less reliant on IT for minor issues. Workelevate takes care of most problems, such as slow systems or crashing apps, by itself. At times, it even solves issues before I notice them, which surprises me. It also updates my system with new patches without interrupting me.

It has a user friendly system for employees which helps facilitate all internal processes. Moreover, it is integrated very effortlessly with our other employee and payroll management apps. It has a very useful and prompt customer service which readily solves things within a TAT of 12 hours. With an interactive and easy to use interface, all employees use it daily for checking their attendance, leave balances, etc.

The IOS app needs to be refined. The conversational AI tends to hallucinate at times.
