"Reliable Patch Management with Great Rollback Feature"
What do you like best about Workelevate?

I find Workelevate's patch management feature of the endpoint module incredibly reliable, with its great rollback capability providing peace of mind. It ensures our endpoints are consistently secure and compliant with minimal manual effort, which is immensely valuable in maintaining operational efficiency. The module's emphasis on safety and reliability is evident in how it enables implementing risk-based patching — the safest and most resilient patching method available. I also appreciate that Workelevate is friendly to work on, which made the initial setup hassle-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workelevate?

There is an area where Workelevate could be improved: the patching feature lacks AI capabilities. Enhancing this aspect could potentially make the solution more efficient and advanced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Integrated easily with our existing systems"
What do you like best about Workelevate?

The best part was how seamlessly it integrated into our current ServiceNow setup. We didn’t have to change our core process, and the deployment cycle was quick. The overall experience has been excellent so far and it made our existing system more intuitive and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workelevate?

The interface is perfect but can feel a bit crowded initially. It took some time to get used to where everything was located. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"IT Asset Management Tool is a Real Cost Saver"
What do you like best about Workelevate?

The asset management feature is extremely useful from a finance perspective, and here’s how I’d describe my experience. Previously, we managed all asset spending—including hardware, software, and licenses—using Excel sheets. But that approach wasn’t sufficient when you have thousands of assets to track.

With the IT asset management tool, we now have a single, accurate, and centralized system for tracking all our software and hardware. We’ve already identified and eliminated many unused licenses, and the same goes for hardware assets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workelevate?

No complaints so far, it's been really a smooth ride for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple and quick IT help right inside Teams"
What do you like best about Workelevate?

For me as an end user, the best part is how easy it is to solve minor device issues. I just type in Teams and the AI Copilot answers my questions or fixes simple issues. I’ve also noticed fewer system slowdowns in recent due to its self healing feature.

Another big improvement is software updates. Earlier, they used to pop up anytime and disrupt my work, but with Workelevate, updates now run in the background without affecting my work and productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workelevate?

It could improve by giving more details about its fixes, so I better understand what’s happening in the background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"IT Copilot Enhances My Workflow"
What do you like best about Workelevate?

I’ve been using Workelevate for a couple of months, and I would like to mention IT Copilot and its capabilities. Whenever I have a simple issue like a password reset or software glitch, I just ping the Copilot in Teams, and it sorts it out instantly. No need to log a ticket or wait for IT, it's super easy for me from an end user perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workelevate?

Slight improvement needed in the interface section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Proactive problem-solving that employees actually use"
What do you like best about Workelevate?

We've been using Workelevate for about three months now, and the impact on our IT team's efficiency is up to the mark. The biggest positive point for us is the AI Copilot. It handles common questions directly in Microsoft Teams, which has cut down on a noticeable amount of basic L0/L1 tickets.

We are also using and impressed with the proactive monitoring in the DEX module. Getting alerts on device performance issues before the user encounters it.

It’s finally allowing us to be proactive instead of constantly putting out efforts in solving common issue. The seamless integration with our existing ServiceNow setup was another major plus, as it just built on what we already had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workelevate?

As we're still relatively new users, we're working through the initial learning curve. I think, some of the more advanced features, like root cause analysis, require a decent time investment to configure correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Now we have data that proves IT's value to the business"
What do you like best about Workelevate?

The DEX analytics are really useful for us. I recently presented to our team, showing a direct correlation between improving our device performance scores and a drop in support tickets for that user group. So overall it is a cost saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workelevate?

Offerings are device-specific, so if you are managing Windows and macOS, then you’re the best fit for this platform. However, if you’ve phones, tabs, and other devices in your environment, then you can’t manage these. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It's the Little Things That Make a Big Difference"
What do you like best about Workelevate?

I no longer worry about IT support, which means a lot about my experience. If my system slows down, I just send a quick message in Slack with integrated IT copilot and IT copilot instantly resolves the issue automatically or gets help right away without interrupting my work. These are the features of Workelevate I appreciate, and there are a few features more like this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workelevate?

Honestly, it just works. I don't have any pain points to report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Workelevate?

I’ve been really impressed with the complete Endpoint Management module. It includes several powerful features such as:

Patch Management

RCA (Root Cause Analysis)

Self-Healing Automation

Overall, these features provide excellent value for money and have also proven to be cost-effective for our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workelevate?

A few features require a deeper level of technical expertise, which can feel a bit overwhelming during the initial stages of implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strategic win for improving employee experience"
What do you like best about Workelevate?

Workelevate provides something we've always lacked that is data-driven insights into the our employee experience. We're no longer guessing about frustration points, now we can see them in the data and proactively address them. This has been crucial for justifying IT investments and proving our team's value to the business in terms of productivity and satisfaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workelevate?

The admin console is powerful but dense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
