# Which programmatic job advertising platforms have the strongest analytics and campaign optimization for a talent acquisition team that wants to improve cost-per-hire over time?

Applicant volume is easy to find. What's genuinely harder to pin down is which platforms give TA teams data good enough to make a credible case to leadership for shifting budget, or where optimization runs continuously rather than in a monthly review call.

Platforms with the most signal on cost-per-hire analytics, with current G2 ratings:

Joveo (4.8/5, 119 reviews): Lets teams set campaign rules and defined targets that adjust spend across publishers automatically, with a unified view tracking every source in one place rather than stitching together board-by-board reports.

Radancy (4.7/5, 201 reviews): Brings cost-per-app and cost-per-hire down together by connecting programmatic media with career site performance, with data structured for leadership-level reporting rather than requiring the team to build attribution models separately.

Appcast (4.2/5, 155 reviews): Surfaces cost-per-applicant and cost-per-hire in a clean dashboard with spend shifting automatically away from boards that generate clicks without conversions, though attribution at the individual publisher level within the network is limited.

Talroo Ad Platform (4.5/5, 42 reviews): Feeds ATS application signals back into the optimization engine so spend adjusts based on actual hire outcomes rather than click or apply rates alone.

Joveo and Radancy seem strongest if leadership reporting is the priority, because they connect spend to downstream hiring outcomes rather than stopping at clicks or applications. I’d still expect some setup around ATS data and attribution before the cost-per-hire view is fully trustworthy.

### Comment 2

The ATS feedback loop seems like the missing piece. If actual hires feed back into optimization, cost-per-hire becomes something the platform can act on rather than just calculate afterward. I’d also want to know how much historical hiring data is needed before that optimization becomes useful, especially for roles with lower hiring volume.

### Comment 3

Answering the "trust, not just report" question above: what makes cost-per-hire trustworthy is whether hire outcomes get back into the system at all, rather than how the dashboard presents them. Talroo feeding ATS application signals into the optimization engine is notable for that reason, since spend adjusting on actual hire data means the metric is being used rather than just displayed. Radancy connecting media performance to career site performance is doing a similar thing one step earlier in the funnel.

### Comment 4

Cost-per-hire is where things usually get fuzzy because attribution isn’t always clean. Radancy and Joveo seem strong on that front, but I’m curious, did any platform actually make that metric easier to trust, not just easier to report?
