WISK.ai uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to forecast sales based on weather, events, holidays, and more. As an addition, we offer more specific data for beverage recipes, which enables bar managers to track inventory for mixed drinks. Bar managers can now identify which type of liquor is needed for a certain drink. We also have our own bar inventory app, which allows you to reduce waste and dead stock by letting you buy the exact amount of liquor inventory needed. You will be able to identify losses, decrease alcohol inventory time by 80%, and minimize costs by only purchasing in demand products. We have helped thousands of bars not only save time and money, but increase profits. ## WISK Reviews ### 1. We just signed our 6th and 7th location up for WISK! **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Chris L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2023 **What do you like best about WISK?** WISK has created a faster, more thorough and (most importantly) more accurate inventory process for all of our venues. The labour savings alone make it worth it! **What do you dislike about WISK?** The only thing I disliked about WISK is in development right now!! We wanted an enterprise level control of the databases for our multi-unit franchises. We wanted to be able to have a master level control over the recipe deck and we are about to get it. The only other hurdle was integration with our POS provider originally. But we have since solved that in collaboration with WISK and Squirrel, so the product is great. **What problems is WISK solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have committed to a weekly inventory of all Food, Liquor, Wine and Beer in our restaurants and we wanted a solution to help us get things done as efficiently as possible. The bluetooth scale, the auto generated Par Levels and the auto order emails have streamlined the weekly process immensely. In some cases, we were able to save more than 10 labour hours per location per month. We had an excellent Excel workbook that took care of these things, but if one of our bar managers wasn't confident with Excel, it was easy for our workbook to break. WISK is user friendly for anyone and the Theoretical/Variance reporting is used every week to help us ensure we are accurate. Having weekly POS Downloads and up-to-the-minute accuracy on our product mix has helped us at the executive level to understand our trends. We used to assume that Wine cost was consistent every week, but now we can ask our team to stay within a threshold of a theoretical number that moves up and down based on sales. This has been really powerful! ### 2.
