WISK is an AI-powered, cloud-based inventory management platform built specifically for restaurants, bars, hotels, franchises, and multi-location hospitality operations that need accurate, real-time control over food and beverage inventory. The platform helps operators automate inventory counting, streamline purchasing, process supplier invoices using AI-powered OCR, manage recipes and batch costing, and automatically sync sales and inventory data within a single workflow. With mobile inventory counting, barcode scanning, Bluetooth scale support, automated par-level ordering, supplier and transfer management, and advanced actual vs. theoretical variance reporting, WISK helps hospitality businesses identify waste, overpouring, shrinkage, and other hidden profit leaks. Real-time food and beverage profitability analytics provide actionable insights that improve COGS visibility, optimize purchasing decisions, reduce manual administrative work, and increase operational profitability across single-location venues and enterprise hospitality operations alike.
