Even though simplicity is a good thing, sometimes we lack configurability. So maybe, for example, allow us to list our Facebook accounts or all accounts. So the API is still lacking some endpoints, but it is a weakness that we can handle. Is something they have UI configuration that allows us to keep going. Their billing practices are unethical and rigid. I attempted to downgrade my subscription because the current plan no longer fit my needs, but support refused to void the invoice or change the plan. They said once the invoice is issued, they cannot do anything. Their official solution was to wait for the system to fail charging my card until it cancels automatically, which is unacceptable for a professional SaaS company. I've worked with Funnel and Supermetrics. Compared to those platforms, Windsor is cheaper and offers more connections. Also smart is that these connectors are divided into accounts, which also come in a right amount. The bonus of all this is that Windsor comes with an MCP server that I can easily use from Claude.
