The website is extremely slow - absolutely the slowest of any platform I regularly utilize at work.
I have also found it difficult to reach our Account Executive. I had emailed her in early January regarding a broken link in a WEX email, and received no response. I followed up with her at the end of March and finally heard back, but ultimately have not had a great experience on the support side as a newer company employee who is also new to this platform.
From an employee perspective, I did not find the reimbursement process for my HSA to be clear-cut. I utilized the app for this, was not provided clarity on whether or not the reimbursement request had been processed, and ultimately received three payouts of the same item due to this confusion.
