Even before implementation ended, we received an email asking if we'd like a call to go through final items before they handed off to the service team. Additionally, there are a few absolute ROCKSTARS on the team- Josh Svaleson!! **What do you dislike about WEX Benefits?** Downsides really are for groups who need more hand-holding and prefer a specific rep; otherwise they have great resources and self-help tools. Find a broker who knows it! :) **What problems is WEX Benefits solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ARPA was a big issue that most carriers wouldn't help with (since the COBRA went back so far that old carriers would have been involved). WEX stepped up and walked us through getting it all done with a solution laid out nicely! ### 2. Their technology is very user-friendly - as an administrator, I can see all I need to manage my clients or provide any information they need. **What do you dislike about WEX Benefits?** The only downside is that I don't have a direct contact after the account is set up - but, their customer service team is so knowledgeable and responsive, I just don't miss it. **What problems is WEX Benefits solving and how is that benefiting you?** Any client I have that is frustrated with their COBRA vendor (lack of customer service or no access to reports or information) I am able to move to WEX to solve those issues. Also, clients I've had with frustrations with FSA management have been happy in their move to WEX! Better reporting, better communication, better technology. ### 3. Our current provider did not want to talk with us about our account details. With Discovery Benefits we heard directly from one of the top folks and we were on the red carpet from start to finish. Implementation was a breeze and someone was always checking with us to ensure everything was going to our liking. **What do you like best about WEX Benefits?** The ease of the program and the customer service: friendly, helpful, personable and FAST! Everything they do, they do well and with a personal touch. Employee concerns are rectified in no time. We have some folks that are not computer savvy and DB works with me to take care of their issues. They make everything easy. **What do you dislike about WEX Benefits?** Absolutely nothing.
