WeVow makes it easy to stay compliant and keep records organized. The training is available in both English and Spanish, and they offer separate modules for employees and supervisors depending on what’s required. What’s been most useful beyond training is the reporting and follow-up side — incidents are archived, which is helpful for tracking and documentation, and they even include access to HR consulting and counseling if something does come up.
