**What do you like best about WeVow Training?**

WeVow makes it easy to stay compliant and keep records organized. The training is available in both English and Spanish, and they offer separate modules for employees and supervisors depending on what’s required. What’s been most useful beyond training is the reporting and follow-up side — incidents are archived, which is helpful for tracking and documentation, and they even include access to HR consulting and counseling if something does come up. That’s not something you get with most platforms.

**What do you dislike about WeVow Training?**

No major complaints — the platform does what we need it to do. There have been a couple small things we thought could be improved, but customer support has been very responsive and has made updates based on our feedback, which goes a long way.

**What problems is WeVow Training solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small business, we don’t have a full HR department, so staying compliant with training requirements and having a process in place if something ever happens was a gap for us. WeVow gives us a simple way to handle both - the training is compliant and easy to roll out, and the reporting tools give our team a clear path if an issue ever comes up. Having access to HR consulting and counseling support also gives us peace of mind, since we wouldn’t have those resources otherwise.
