WeGlot offers a user-friendly portal (for people with minimal tech/content management experience) and it's a quick and EASY way to translate one website into multiple languages at the interface level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Downside is that it is machine-translation only, and there are inevitably glitches and things it translates inconsistently (same with any machine translation, AI or not). It also has one quality issue where it translates text within URLs as text (vs. leaving URLs untouched) and therefore can disrupt/break internal pages and external URLs on your site, presenting a slight quality/security issue. (I unfortunately don't have an example of this, I have just been told by our technical team. This would likely be an issue in any similar product.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was particularly impressed by the very fast automatic translation. Within a very short time, a multilingual website can be set up with it. The setup is extremely uncomplicated and can be completed quickly without much technical effort.

I find the Visual Editor very helpful, allowing translations to be adjusted directly on the website. Additionally, the Translation Exclusions allow specific areas or individual words to be excluded from translation. This way, you maintain a lot of control and flexibility in fine-tuning.

I find the Visual Editor great. With it, you can directly change the corresponding word on the page. The same goes for Professional Translations, which is also extremely strong when you want to specifically adjust individual words. I like how quickly translations are completed and how accurate the translations are. I appreciate the speed of their help desk, and the easy solutions we have been able to find. I also appreciate that they try to find solutions before trying to sell you a bigger word count package. Weglot has been easy to implement across thirty sites, and the translations are used daily. The one dislike I have of Weglot is that inactive translations don't offload automatically. I have to go in and delete them, but an automated offload would be an incredible addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like that the Weglot interface is quite simple to use. What I love the most is their customer service. As soon as I have a question, I receive a response within half an hour by email. Also, the installation is quite simple each time, and as soon as it's installed, the entire site is translated into the target language, which is super interesting. I sometimes had a few bugs. It's hard to know if it came from Weglot or other things, but it's true that sometimes our site didn't translate quite correctly. I can't choose a plan between 790 euro and 2990 euro, I would like an option in between. I would like to have known that words are not based on singular words, as an example that the word 'you' isn't translated once, but it is translated each time it is written making the word limit add up quickly. I find Weglot to be a great system and tool. It simplifies the strenuous and long manual tasks of translating a website with over a thousand pages, making it easy and simple. I also appreciate the auto translate tool, which I value the most. The support team is really good, with particular praise for Antoine, who patiently and thoroughly helped us with installation issues and ensured everything was functioning correctly. The auto translations are pretty good by now (depending on the language though) so less editing is needed after. The fact that multiple people can collaborate within one project is great so I can simply forward a link to my colleagues for reviewing a translation in their respective language. My favourite feature is the glossary which allows to block translations of terms you don't want translated (e.g. product names) but also let's you define a fixed translation for certain words. Outside the visual editor, translations of text blocks are not shown in the right order so it can be tricky to translate in the right context and ensure a smooth flow of an article. Weglot is extremely easy to set up and offers very good features that make it easier to adjust certain translations. On one hand, we have the Translation Exclusions, where you can exclude certain sections in the HTML, and on the other hand, the Dynamic elements feature, where you can add certain elements that are not captured.
