**What do you like best about Webinar+?**

I really appreciate Brandlive Studio Webcasting's ability to make virtual events appear truly professional without the need for a complicated setup. Its clean and easy-to-use interface, coupled with strong customization options, allows me to fully brand and polish events seamlessly. I love the interactive features such as Q&A, chat, and polls, which are fantastic for keeping the audience engaged throughout the event. Additionally, the streaming reliability and the option for on-demand playback provide a robust flexibility that accommodates different audiences and time zones perfectly. Overall, it effectively combines simplicity with high production quality, making it an indispensable tool for professional virtual event hosting.

**What do you dislike about Webinar+?**

Sometimes the platform can feel a bit complex for first-time users, especially when setting up advanced layouts or scenes. The customization options are good, but adding more flexible design templates would make event setup even faster. Live-interaction features work well, but real-time analytics during the event could be more detailed. Depending on the internet connection, there can occasionally be slight delays for presenters joining from different regions. Overall, the platform is effective, but smoother onboarding, enhanced customization, and more robust analytics would make it even better.

I use Brandlive Studio Webcasting to reach large, distributed audiences with professional events, overcoming physical limitations. Brandlive Studio offers exceptional production quality and a seamless user experience. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to set up, customize, and manage live or on-demand events. The branding options, scene control, and smooth streaming quality help deliver a professional, broadcast-like feel that truly engages viewers. The analytics dashboard is also very helpful for post-event insights and performance tracking.

**What do you dislike about Webinar+?**

While the platform is powerful, it can feel slightly complex for first-time users due to the number of configuration options. Pricing is also on the higher side compared to some competitors, which may not suit smaller teams or one-time users. Integration with third-party CRMs and marketing tools could also be improved to make the workflow smoother.

**What do you like best about Webinar+?**

- Detailed event analytics
- Easy management of participant databases - numerous options for segmenting databases into groups (using various tickets and tags)
- Interaction opportunities with participants through the app: rating presentations, surveys, asking questions to speakers
- Ability to post recordings of the event for participants' review
- Profiles of partners/exhibitors for events that clients can fill out themselves
- Excellent customer service from Agnieszka Kapłon :)

**What do you dislike about Webinar+?**

A long process of implementing the proposed solutions. I also don't like the Landing Page Builder module - it is not very user-friendly, and I miss several functionalities that I hope will be implemented in the future.

 I need greater integration between the partner profile and the tools they can use (e.g., Eventory Scanner).

**What problems is Webinar+ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tools that I can use with Eventory without needing to implement them on my website, primarily:

- Event participant analytics
- Event registration and online payment module
- Agenda module etc

In a word - it allows me to quickly launch a new product (conference) for sale.

**What do you like best about Webinar+?**

I enjoy the ability to customize the platform to fit the needs of any company or event. Everything is adaptable to echo the branding needs and the design team goes above and beyond to make sure that the event looks great for all. <br><br>Customer service is wonderful! Pieter Miering has helped me and my team every step of the way to make sure that we had everything ready for our events this season, and I knew I could count on him to help us succeed.<br><br>We have been able to try out many features - webinars, building custom vacancy search rooms and networking spaces.

**What do you dislike about Webinar+?**

I wish the back end of the platform was more user-friendly and intuitive. It took a lot of training and practice to successfully build all aspects of the booths and the event. Without help from customer service I would have been a bit lost even after watching the training videos. Someone who is not tech savvy would struggle. I would also love the chat within the platform to appear larger and clearer for attendees.

**What problems is Webinar+ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have helped us tremendously by working with the tech team to integrate a job search room within the environment. This allowed the job seekers to have a clear way to search through all available jobs in an easy to use format. It was extremely successful! 6Connex is continuously upgrading and adding features to the platform.

**What do you like best about Webinar+?**

The customer support team was incredibly helpful and responsive. Additionally, the landing page editor was intuitive and easy to use, making event preparation much smoother. The platform was also easy to implement and customize to meet our specific needs, which saved us a lot of time and effort.

**What do you dislike about Webinar+?**

We encountered issues with printer connections during the event; however, this was not due to the platform itself but rather external hardware configurations.

The customer service at 6Connex is incredible. Their platform is incredibly user friendly and easy to navigate while the available features and customizability are so vast.

**What do you dislike about Webinar+?**

The only downside is that there are so many options and so many configurations, that it does take quite a while to setup. The designers are also quite literal, so you do need to have an idea of exactly what you want. Otherwise, their staff is incredibly helpful.

We are able to reach a virtual audience of patients who aren't able to attend our events in person for monetary or physical limitations.

**What problems is Webinar+ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guest registration for the Gala and the Sports Masters Ball was conducted electronically for the first time using the Eventory platform. It took place in two stages, for which two different events were prepared: one online for initial registration and the second on-site. During the first stage, participants filled out a form, which allowed for a preliminary verification of the guest list before generating individual QR codes for them. This allowed us to exclude guests not on the invitation list. The registration form was a tool for collecting data such as dietary preferences, accompanying person details, and consent to marketing communication. At the same time, participants agreed to the event's terms and conditions. After verification, the registered persons' data were imported into the second stage of registration. Then, participants automatically received a QR code that contained information about the assigned table, diet, participation category (media, award presenter, nominee) and served as an admission ticket. It was mandatory to have an ID document at the entrance, which increased security - both in terms of verification and limiting access to participant data. The reception hostesses only needed the Eventory check-in app. Last year, they had access to a file with the guest list. This system streamlined the reception's work, enabling quick information delivery to guests about their places, and raised the level of security. We significantly reduced the queue for event registration. Eventory was used for the first time on such a large scale in the context of a live event, offering high-quality customer service. Two technological innovations were implemented for us, which significantly improved the efficiency of our work.

6Connex has been great at providing a virtual platform to interact global attendees and also provide events for networking with other companies, very versatile!

there are limitations on customization, but if you get a chance to see how other companies utilize and innovate their platforms in a unique way, it may inspire you

hybird solutions and different webinar integrations, 6Connex has different ways to utilize the VE platform with hybrid events, it's great to be inspired by previous events

Easy creation of virtual rooms from control panel
- Room elements can be easily set using drag and drop. 
- It's nice to be able to do it intuitively since it's no-code.

**What do you dislike about Webinar+?**

We can't obtain 360°Room logs.
Doesn't match customer support hours (because we do business in Japan).
There are not include timestamps for participant's activity log on the control panel but we can obtain with API.

**What do you like best about Webinar+?**

I personally like the personalization of 6Connex the best. With the ability to not only host a virtual event such as a live stream, but also have the capability of including company branding as well as other key features such as attendee registration, attendance, and key results from the chat feature.

**What do you dislike about Webinar+?**

While I do believe 6Connex is a stellar program for the ideas mentioned in my previous paragraph, the platform does take some getting used to, and is not as straightforward as similar platforms I've used in the past such as Zoom. However, this is unsurprising with a platform with a ton more capabilities than others.

**What problems is Webinar+ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

6Connex is allowing me to attend virtual meetings such as webinars and not only learn more about their service but other companies as well. It has also allowed me to look into hosting meetings which include my own branding. 6Connex's main solution is its allowance of personalization and a large quantity of capabilities compared to other platforms.

The platform and app are extremely intuitive and easy to use. After getting acquainted with the structure of the system/application, the implementation of changes and ongoing management of the event is very simple. The option of sending push notifications to the participants using the application works very well. In addition, the platform creates great networking opportunities - there are many options for contacting the organizer and/or other participants of the event.

The platform also has several disadvantages and limitations that make it difficult for us to plan/manage the event. The ones we find the most annoying are:
* lack of possibility to different language versions for the registration form and agenda fields
* no possibility to format texts (headers) in some fields e.g. agenda
* no event collision view in the personal event agenda (app)

It gives us lot of agility, to set lot many things at granular level. This is usually the facility with the Classic versions of such products. We highly appreciate it.

However, we sometimes feel there could have been Flex version which would offer certain preset templates which would make us do less efforts at the backend too. Or maybe there already are features, which can make our work easier and attendee experience much better, we might not be aware of. How interactive it is. We use it for our orientation program, Day 1 at Duke Health. And the platform has gotten great feedback with our attendees. They like how much they can click around and view content. It really is a cool platform and helps to set an organization apart.

It can be glitchy and somethings I wish were more updated, like the game offered. It could be more lively instead of just a leaderboard.

**What do you like best about Webinar+?**

I am using Eventory, one of the 6Connex products, for over a year and I am very pleased with the overall experience. The app has most of the functionalities we need and is constantly developed. They are open to feedback and always willing to add some new options when it's possible. Their customer service is top quality. Pricing is also very reasonable.

**What do you dislike about Webinar+?**

Sometimes it's impossible to get all the functionalities we need on time, but this is a minor inconvenience compared to the overall great experience.

**What problems is Webinar+ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We decided to move to Eventory when our events became too big to handle with basic tools like spreadsheets and mailing lists. It helps us in numerous ways, but things we use the most are:<br><br>- registration and attendees management<br>- ticket sales<br>- communication with attendees before and during the event<br>- using the platform as the main website/landing page for our events (agenda, news etc)<br><br>Collecting leads has big potential but we're not using it much yet.<br><br>The biggest benefit is having all those options in one tool that is easy to use and has a pretty low entry level for new users.

What I appreciate about Eventory is that when preparing an event I can be independent as an administrator, because the operator panels are easy to use and it is easy to make changes. I also appreciate the contact with Customer Success, who are always helpful and open to suggestions for user experience and suggested improvements.

**What do you dislike about Webinar+?**

The networking panel in its current form doesn't work very well, mainly because it lacks the option to select available dates for meetings. It would be great if the platform worked in more languages.

With Eventory, we are able to organize an international online conference and now other hybrid events as well. The platform has allowed us to achieve a high level of user interaction and high engagement with the event. I also really appreciate the ticketing panel, which is easy to use and allows us to have a dynamic ticketing policy. Similarly, Check-in is now very simple. E-campaigns and news allows us to stay in touch with attendees.

We started with 6Connex during the pandemic, it was a game changer. We were able to go from in-person to virtual almost seamlessly. The product and service they offer is unparalleled. It was so good then and is even better now. We continue to use this platform to reach our virtual community.

There are times that I close out things or move to another room and get a little lost when I can't find my way back into a session. But I think that may be due to my own navigation. This is a fairly easy platform to use.

We run a great number of successful webinars with the Notified studio platform. Thanks to their dedicated and professional teams, we had smooth and stressless experiences. They are always willing to go the extra mile for you. They are great advisors and know how to guide less experienced or stressed speakers.

**What do you dislike about Webinar+?**

The price of the solution might be an issue for companies with a limited budget. We also ran into technical problems and had to work with less experienced webcast crews for a major event, which led to awkward situations with some of our speakers. But this was only 5% of our overall experience with the platform.

The 6connex platform is an excellent solution for creating virtual meeting spaces where people, from different parts of the world, can come together, providing equal opportunities for everyone to participate in events. During a really complex time like the pandemic, relying on this platform has been crucial for us. The support team has consistently shown great availability and expertise, coming to our aid whenever any issues arose.

Some things are a bit too technical for people with no knowledge of coding, but I wouldn't necessarily consider this a real issue as the support team is always very helpful.

- Without the live support and white glove service, the response time is quite slow, so if you have a significant issue, it can take up to ten minutes to get a reply
- Although there is a lot of customization, it doesn't look as sleek/modern as other platforms 
- Not being able to control the sort in the content listings, the filter is excellent, but a brand new attendee will not know how to utilize that to find a session, so they have to scroll and hope they see it. It'd be great if times could be shown or the order is added in the agenda order.
- MyAgenda feature is not guaranteed to work, and we do not want to ask attendees to turn off their VPNs. We want a smooth process for them. They log in, and that's it. 
- Chat goes too fast

I could say that it's not yet optimized for mobile devices. Building a virtual hub is also not a walk in the park--It took us a few months as we had to conceptualize the look and uses, study the functions first, available/applicable features, and how to apply them. It took longer, considering we also had something else to do at work.

I appreciate that the staff at 6Connex are always willing to meet with me and my team. They often take time to explain the new releases and updates. In our two years working with them, they have always provided ample opportunity for us to voice any concerns or suggestions for improvements. I love that this company listens to us, and I appreciate every effort they make to take action on our advice.

The one area that 6Connex can improve on is their integration of engagement features within sessions. We use an external streaming service, and so the polls, comments, session surveys, etc. have to be worked in. We are able to get these features to work, but I think there could be a more seamless or user-friendly way to integrate these features when streaming in from another source.

Do not hesitate to reach out to their staff and let them know of any issues you may be experiencing. Even if you think it is a small issue they will work to make your experience more efficient for you.

Throughout my experience with 6Connex, they have continually been working on improving their offerings. When we first started it took a few days to get responses, due to their quick expansion at the beginning of the pandemic. Now, we are directly in contact with multiple staff, and any issues we run into usually get resolved within the same day. We've been able to help Beta Test some new features, like their Video Chats, Mobile Responsiveness, and breakout rooms. 6Connex has on multiple occasions addressed issues on their back end to make our experience more efficient and that has saved us time.

1) Backend for presenter is not as simple as Zoom or Team Meeting, a dedicated live training, preparation /rehearsal session with Notified team is mandatory. 

Feedback from some busy speakers that the overhead costs to present with Notified is too high, even with a simple presentation that doesn't demand fancy stuff. 

May be Notified can provide an express or offline self pace method for presenter to get themselves ready.

2)  Handling of two groups of audiences (internal employee and external invitees) with different access privillege to content doesn't seem to be ready with Notified.

The downside of using an external platform in general is that you need to enter an external source with a separate account and access link. You will need to log-in again for access. It would be easier if it would be connected to internal systems.

We use the platform to have a group of people joining an event stream and using the chat and Q&A functionality at the same time. They have easy access to all event-related documents.

I appreciate the customer service of our project manager. She was highly engaged and always willing to think creatively to find a solution.

**What do you dislike about Webinar+?**

The control panel has lots of "buttons and levers" that makes it highly customizable but it also makes it very tedious and repetitive on the back end. For example, you cannot default the timezone or the date of the event. When you are adding hundreds of pieces of content the opportunity for error by repeating the same steps over and over again makes it frustrating. In general it is not a very intuitive process for the customer.

They are working on the ADA compliance for blind individuals. They are working to fix spelling errors in their platform and it would be helpful for people to be able click agenda items scheduled to attend in a room even if it is not at the right time and have the message appear at that point instead.
