What do you like best about Webinar+?

I really appreciate Brandlive Studio Webcasting's ability to make virtual events appear truly professional without the need for a complicated setup. Its clean and easy-to-use interface, coupled with strong customization options, allows me to fully brand and polish events seamlessly. I love the interactive features such as Q&A, chat, and polls, which are fantastic for keeping the audience engaged throughout the event. What do you dislike about Webinar+?

A long process of implementing the proposed solutions. I also don't like the Landing Page Builder module - it is not very user-friendly, and I miss several functionalities that I hope will be implemented in the future.

What do you like best about Webinar+?

I enjoy the ability to customize the platform to fit the needs of any company or event. Everything is adaptable to echo the branding needs and the design team goes above and beyond to make sure that the event looks great for all.

Customer service is wonderful! Pieter Miering has helped me and my team every step of the way to make sure that we had everything ready for our events this season, and I knew I could count on him to help us succeed.

What do you dislike about Webinar+?

I wish the back end of the platform was more user-friendly and intuitive. It took a lot of training and practice to successfully build all aspects of the booths and the event. Without help from customer service I would have been a bit lost even after watching the training videos. Someone who is not tech saavy would stuggle. The only downside is that there are so many options and so many configurations, that it does take quite a while to setup.
