They're nice folks, but they're only needed because the UI, video and audio quality is so bad. **What do you dislike about Webinar+?** I've had the misfortune of being on 3 webinars now using this platform and every time there are massive problems. This time it couldn't even stream my audio muchless my video even though I have a connection that is more than effective for zoom. To start there's first 20 minutes of setup where you first have to join by dailing in through phone because you can't just talk to eachother using the platform to setup and because the audio is so unreliable and the UI is so unintuitive. This makes a whole extra set of problems as the audio is tested - where you get feedback from everyone being dialed in on two lines. While you're on there's no way of indicating to you whether you're broadcasting your audio or not. And you have no control over that either - as they have human moderators that multiple times have been asleep at the wheel and don't switch the audio and video from one person to the next. The whole thing is just setup to give you anxiety/stress before your presentation and then to frustratingly add friction while you're presenting. It supports all modern browsers and devices. The backend is both simple to use for presenters, yet robust and feature rich for producers to make broadcast quality productions for our clients. It includes lots of options for connectivity, as well as lots of options for interactive features in order to engage your audience. Additionally, there is a full CPE setup for any events that include continuing education. **What do you dislike about Webinar+?** It can be a little finicky, and the learning curve on the admin/backend side is steep. There is a user guide and help section, but even there I find sometimes finding the answer I need a little difficult. There are a few bugs here and there as well and unfortunately some of them you don't discover until you are live and they happen. That being said, the support team is very responsive in identifying a buy and ensuring it gets to the development team to be fixed. Also the reporting portal is a bit cumbersome to find the data you need sometimes. **Recommendations to others considering Webinar+:** Definitely worth it if you are in the webcasting space. The platform is robust and flexible, and the support staff are excellent. There were no hiccups whatsoever during the day, and I had no issues finding my way around. **What do you dislike about Webinar+?** This is minor, but the chat function on the sides of the breakout session videos is really small, and if people are chatting quickly it's hard to scroll through. This is because it not only offers Webcasting, which is the service we use, but also other services, such as video portals or a live broadcast for conferences, which is a bit more extensive. INXPO makes you feel stable or pleasant because its software is stable on the Internet and in audio, which allows for high resolution in video and maintains specific audio, perfect for people, like employers and respondents. We use this software in two ways: to conduct interviews with new members who want to join our work team and to conduct personal surveys about our product experiences, in order to get faster responses than normal surveys. **What do you dislike about Webinar+?** I have to complain that the price is a bit excessive, I think the pricing area can be improved, there are other types of software with certain similar features and at lower prices, however, we continue to use this software because we do not communicate with support to improve the price quality. **Recommendations to others considering Webinar+:** We recommend that it be perfect to meet your objectives and what it offers, its prices may be a bit high and could be the negative part of the system, you can compare with other software to see if they offer better services and price quality, today it is not just about price, but more than anything that can provide quality and is easy and useful to use, however, there is always that doubt to try another cheaper software.
