The solution was a perfect fit in our case and we didn't find any major problems. Some functions required multiple steps that would have been helpful if they were more streamlined. I've found all features such as the "my agenda" to be useful. Navigating between the rooms goes smoothly and the quality of the webinars is great given the presenter has reasonable bandwidth. My experience with the 6Connex team during my most recent event (Virtual Diesel Expo 2022) was fantastic! I'm going to use this field to clarify my answer to the question "Quality of Support." The 7/7 support applies specifically to Amy Devlin, Cara Poole, and Maria Lacbayan. We had a fantastic experience working with them during our most recent Expo (Virtual Diesel Expo 2022). I, unfortunately, cannot say the same about previous experiences we've had with other members of the 6Connex support team, and I am a bit disappointed that this survey did not include a dedicated fill-in-the-blank text box for expanding on the good/bad experiences we've had with the support team. **What do you dislike about Webinar+?** I feel as though the resources provided by 6Connex could be more numerous and overall helpful. For example, a few of our presenters wanted to use external cameras and microphones to record their webinars. However, there is little to no information available online (either from 6Connex or webinar.net) that gives in-depth instructions for advanced users on how to do this. **What problems is Webinar+ solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have many customers, partners, and employees scattered throughout the world, so the ability to host live, virtual events allows us to gather more frequently for the sake of advancing knowledge within our industry and gathering leads. ### 21. Maybe it was due to the short timeline and missing user testing, but we had to provide live support during the meeting days primarily for these things. There are many shortcomings due to its age – things you should not ever have to worry about with moderately modern websites (ie, retina resolution graphics without having to resort to horrible hacks, but the biggest shortcoming is that you cannot push content updates to the site without requiring users to refresh).
