I prepared the check-in a few months ago and noticed that Eventory-recommended printers were hard to get. I reported this observation to the CS team. A few months later, I saw they had introduced Brother printers, which are commercially available, and no problem getting them to the event. I like a lot this fast reaction. Now I'm preparing the check-in for the event next week, and everything is excellent, including a fantastic check-in mobile app. I can look from different places into the app and see how many people went through the registration desk. **What do you dislike about Webinar+?** Maybe it will be worth adding the possibility of checking in on the second day of the conference. **What problems is Webinar+ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eventory saves my time, and this is the most important for me. I focus on the check-in part, but I know Eventory has many other functionalities, for example, a mobile app for the attendees. The attendees have the QR codes in the app, and when they approach the registration desk, it's enough to show the staff the QR code, and we can check in with them. It's incredibly convenient when we have some foreign guests, and it's challenging to search for their names from hearing. ### 15. We did have a lot of hiccups in the beginning stages of working with the platform as well as dealing with many managers out of the US. Only once Mohamed Amirali was assigned as our Canadian Account Manager things finally fell into place. He listened to our issues, found ways to work with us to fix them and always followed up to ensure we were happy with the outcome. He has stayed as our Account Manager to date. Mohamed is personable and easy to work with. You can tell he cares about his clients and wants to provide the best service possible. Mohamed is a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. **What do you dislike about Webinar+?** Our planning team worked with a few different project management teams from Notified, initially Intrado. Each team had a different way of doing things, so we had to continuously explain our needs to a new management team, which took up a lot of our time. We would have preferred to work with the same team for each event. Having to make a firm decision on the amount of sessions we would require six-eight months in advance was difficult to determine. Our agenda changes continuously until a few months prior to the conference and being locked into a number of sessions was inconvenient.
