I've found WebHR's time-tracking system incredibly easy to use and precise. It's more than just clocking in and out it offers detailed insights into my work hours, breaks, and overtime.

So far, the time-tracking system has been pretty straightforward. However, a graphical representation of weekly or monthly work patterns might be a nice addition.

Attendance Module is a bit complecated specialy for Retail businesses with different shifts and ongoing changes in schedules and shifts - I have faced massive problems in the Leave module

The record keeping.  I like the employee activity section for notes for each employee that they cannot access.  Onboarding is easy. Write ups, exits, all good

it has been a very good experience we have using the software and interacting with the support staff. 

They are knowledgeable and willing to assist you as you navigate your way through the system. 

The sales staff (Maryam Shaikh and the team ) are very genuine and wanting to give you the best product. 

All in all, it's been a very pleasant experience dealing with WebHR

By centralizing all of these processes within a single system, Web HR helps to streamline organizational workflows. Our previous approach involved using Excel and other programs, but Web HR simplifies everything into one easy step, providing us with a comprehensive overview of all our information. Additionally, Web HR enables us to track attendance, view upcoming birthdays, monitor vacation schedules, set up calendar alerts, and make notes and plans, making day-to-day operations much more efficient

It is user friedly, very straight forward.

The only challenge we faced was Attendance module, as system removes sign out option after passing a midnight, which causes fraustration to our staff, whose shift is 8pm to 8am.

It helped save time while processing payroll or any other employee request, good at record keeping.

It user friendly there is almost 0 learning curve, UI is clean crisp, and easy on the eyes. Customer support is friendly and rarely problematic. We use it on a daily basis for the and features that are there is nice

Costing is bit pricy and there is system limitation but that comes with the domain i suppose

User-friendly user interface - Integration with other apps such as Microsoft Outlook, Indeed, QuickBooks, Gmail, Google Workspace, Google Drive, Paychex, Microsoft 365, GoTo Meeting, LinkedIn, Glassdoor etc. backed up by an excellent support team who are always on their toes

The mobile app still can do a lot better as it does not give all options, such as the days present, and it is slow compared to the web version. I think they could use language in terms of choice of words more wisely for its users to understand the purpose of its functions.

360 Degree Feedback, Activity Dashboard, track applicants, track attendance, employee profiles at one place, leave tracking, manage documents of employees, sync with calendar, approvals can be controlled through this app.

The reason for this review is a shout-out to the chat support team at WEBhr. Fast response, knowledgeable, friendly  AND patient. Much superior as I work with some providers which make "help" more complicated than it is worth!

**What do you dislike about WebHR?**

Navigation to proper function can be a little confusing. For example, Leaves are under timesheets not employee.  But support is great so I can always find things with their help

Tracking team members worldwide specifically - leaves, vacation schedules, employee data, etc. Keeps things organized and accessible to both management and emplyees.

Easily accessible to all employee needs and provides a useful service to our company - keeps track of time, onboarding and leaves accordingly.

A little confusing but with assistance from WebHr administrators has helped simplify the process.  Also seems to have a few 'clitches' from time to time. Causing corrections to time punches to be input.

Time tracking has freed up time to accomplish other tasks - and allows proper tracking of days off and hire dates, etc.

WebHR is an All in one software that can be used to process the required details from the start of a career till retirement. It just not only meant for the team HR but can be used by the various departments of the Organization. As it is Cloud-based software that adds to add on advantage.

**What do you dislike about WebHR?**

The mobile compatibility of the application is very weak. The terminology is demographic oriented which makes it sometimes difficult for a global user to use. Its not possible to open specific employee data which is a drawback.

**Recommendations to others considering WebHR:**

Backend support after onboarding the application will be a big help for the users.
Making it mobile compatible with ease to use will increase its use against the other applications.

It helps to manage Employee Demographic data. It helps in payroll management like payroll tracking and audit of the same. Also, helps to get reimbursement management.
It helps in leave management including Email notifications, absence management, Annual carry forward and encashment adds to its features.

it is an easy interface to use as we don't have a complicated requirement

The team and the support behind the company are incredibly unprofessional and not very straightforward. Many things were promised before the launch and never worked. They also charge five users every time you need to increase one user, which is total nonsense. This was never mentioned to us and was a complete surprise to us. Extremely unethical.
