There is no need to use Excel tables or other sources for keeping data. It is very convenient as all the information about the Employee is displayed. It helps to deal with Payroll, vacation, travel management. WebHR support are always very helpful and ready to implement some customized features which is a very big plus. There is also a manual on how to use the system and all the modules which helps new users greatly. In case we transfer the employee to another department we can also see the date and all the information. The thing that our employees like best is that they can post some news and give funny badges to their colleagues. **What do you dislike about WebHR?** Sometimes we deal with some small issues and we can write support tickets so the support team can have a look into them. Sometimes we need to get back to support, but they are always ready to help. **What problems is WebHR solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is always easy to find contact information about Employee, joining date, phone number, email, date of birth etc. Also photos are attached so you can see not only employee`s profile but also a photo. System also helps us deal with Travel Management, Reimbursements. We can always see the reason why employee left the company and the exit date. The system also shows HR dashboards which help to see general statystics in the company, like gende, age, designations. ### 3. However, deficiencies in time clocking in and recorded versus the time recorded in exporting for payroll. It is off by a fraction but over time those fraction of minutes add up and creates several minutes of unpaid time in the staff's eyes and they feel taken advantage of. I am constantly trying to put out this fire. ### 8.
