I have been using the chatbot frequently, especially for queries that have sensitive information that I don't like to share with the LLMs. Things that I like the most are the sanitization feature that doesn't send sensitive information to the LLM, the user-friendly UI making it easy to implement and use, and the Access to use a lot of LLMs in a single place. The auto-router feature where it selects the best model based on the user query. It has Google Drive integration which is also good, There is an option for customer support along with a report option if the user doesn't like the response then the user can report it. Used this many times for Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A few things I can think of that would increase my experience are in the report tab if there is any option to upload the image of the issue then it would be better.
The second thing is that when I want to create an image then if I can do it in a single chat with ongoing conversation as currently, I have to select the LLM model at the start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At G2, we prefer fresh reviews and we like to follow up with reviewers. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review.
