I have been using the chatbot frequently, especially for queries that have sensitive information that I don't like to share with the LLMs. Things that I like the most are the sanitization feature that doesn't send sensitive information to the LLM, the user-friendly UI making it easy to implement and use, and the Access to use a lot of LLMs in a single place.
