Wakeo brings true intelligence into shipment visibility. What I like most is the accuracy and reliability of the predictive ETAs — they consistently outperform the carrier-provided estimates and give us precious lead time to act before issues escalate.
The integration capabilities are outstanding. Wakeo’s API connects seamlessly with our core systems allowing predictive tracking data to flow directly into our operational tools. Our teams no longer have to chase updates or switch between platforms; they can make real-time decisions right where they work.
The user experience is another strength: clear milestones, logical event hierarchy, and the right level of detail without overwhelming the user. It’s a truly data-driven visibility platform that helps us shift from reactive problem solving to proactive supply chain orchestration — exactly what modern forwarding needs. There’s very little to dislike. Some smaller origins and feeder services still have limited data coverage, which is an industry-wide challenge rather than a Wakeo issue. We’ve also seen that when clients or partners don’t provide structured master data, it can limit tracking depth.
