It allows to track simply , on real time basis, our ocean shipments without intensive training. It gives us access to our overall ocean performance with strong & powerful analytics as most of the shipping lines are connected. Our ERP is interfaced to reflect the ETA changes of our shipments, this is an important ROI. Wakeo teams are really supportive and do their best to cover our specific needs. **What do you dislike about Wakeo?** We have some data issues but this linked mostly to some customs specific that we required and added complexity. We have a good support of Wakeo to tackle them. **What problems is Wakeo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Wakeo allows us to have the global vision on our ocean activity in order to improve where its necessary the performance. The integration capabilities are outstanding. Wakeo’s API connects seamlessly with our core systems allowing predictive tracking data to flow directly into our operational tools. Our teams no longer have to chase updates or switch between platforms; they can make real-time decisions right where they work. The user experience is another strength: clear milestones, logical event hierarchy, and the right level of detail without overwhelming the user. It’s a truly data-driven visibility platform that helps us shift from reactive problem solving to proactive supply chain orchestration — exactly what modern forwarding needs. **What do you dislike about Wakeo?** There’s very little to dislike. Some smaller origins and feeder services still have limited data coverage, which is an industry-wide challenge rather than a Wakeo issue. We’ve also seen that when clients or partners don’t provide structured master data, it can limit tracking depth. The team at Wakeo, however, is very responsive — they actively extend coverage and provide regular roadmap updates, so any gaps are typically short-lived. **What problems is Wakeo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Wakeo, visibility meant manual tracking: endless carrier websites, spreadsheets, and email threads. It was reactive and prone to human error. With Wakeo, we’ve automated that entire process.
