I like using Shippeo for tracking my subcontractors. I enjoy the visibility it provides and how it leads to better customer satisfaction and a great ETA. The most helpful aspect is the high accuracy of the predictive ETAs. Because the system provides real-time milestones and precise arrival times directly to our customer's plants, it has significantly reduced the number of 'status update' calls and emails our dispatchers receive.
